Hotel was in a great location. The rooms were dirty and our floor appeared to be under construction. One reason we stayed here was the Applebee's kids eat free deal.... Total scam. Would stay again do to location and just up for a cleaner room

Great Location, Clean room but Service poor

Good Location and clean and spacious room (Family Suete) but the hallways was dirty. Looks like they are performing maintainance. Check-in and Check out process was extremely time consuming. Waited in line nearly 35 min at check in and at check out was long as well. Only good thing about checkout was I paid on Visa which made the check out process faster.

Family stay at the falls

Hotel was clean and conveniently located close to Clifton hill. The only complaint was a Batchelor party was staying in the motel connected to this hotel was very loud at night but this isn't the hotel's fault and it really wasn't that bad. Would stay again.

Would certainly stay here again. This was a long weekend visit, and we thought it would be noisy just because it was so busy - but it wasn't. We were in the courtyard section. It was an older hotel, but clean. We look forward to future visits.

Overpriced cheap hotel

The hotel was in need of updates. The outside door had a big gap and let cold air in. Paper cups instead of glass was really tacky. Had to walk outside to get to pool. Sauna door looked like a dungeon entrance. Also, bedroom curtains were tattered at the bottom and did not close all the way.

Hotel staff

Was not pleased that the hotel staff was sitting outside our room smoking and laughing at 8 am and didn't seem to feel bad about it when I went outside angry and told them off.

Close to everything

The room wasn't bright enough and very warm in there, there is no air flow. The bed comforter is very thin and the sheet wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed it kept coming off.

Needs an upgrade

Pretty Good

We were a group of 10 and booked 3 rooms which were adjacent to each other which was good. The bathrooms could use some upgrading and needs an exhaust fan. But all in all it is good for short stay, and it is very close to Clifton Hill which was great.

Well we checked in with a two double bed room and air conditioner didn't work. I took a walk down to the main office explained what happened and was upgraded to a king size room with jacuzzi. Was very happy with that.

We had to park so far away from the room. We were in an outside room so we had had to carry all our things by hand and hand them over a small brick fence. We paid extra to stay inside the tower part and were placed on the 2nd floor with access to outside where the other people who were staying in the motel part went by. The curtains didn't fully shut very disruptive. Then it took over a hour to checkin and the staff kept allowing people to cut the line and check in. Disappointing weekend away.

Close to all the action

Our last night in Niagra Falls...didn't get much sleep. Walls are paper thin and could hear people on both sides all night. Beds are hard and decor is stuck in the 70's. Could not connect to the wi-fi at all.

Clifton Hill & Niagara

Check in is at 3pm and waited in line for 1:45 minutes to check in. It was crazy. Room was nice loved the swan on the bed. Pool was a bit cold for my taste. Phone didn't work. But all in all it was a better room than the one across the river on the US side.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and good view of the area. I was concerned about the potential problem with the bathtub. With no mat and no "skid" tapes it was a bit scary to try to take a shower. Can't believe they have not had people fall in the shower.

This hotel is clean quite and in a good location. The breakfast is not to speak of but the hotel staff is wonderful. Be aware that there is a tourist tax and parking that is not included if you have pre paid for your stay.

the best thing this place has going for it is location. Very short walk to the maid of mist and other fun things. We had a tower jacuzzi room. The hotel has a nice looking indoor heated pool that we didn't use. Applebees downstairs is where we ate almost exclusively. Area is clean and safe.

The hotel is wonderful

The hotel was so good that all my family including the little baby enjoyed the stay there. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the falls. The price is really worthy. The breakfast is a little bit salty but delicious.

It's OK, but Nothing Special

My wife, baby daughter, and I stay at this hotel. We had a room in the older back "motel" portion of the hotel. It was OK, but you can easily hear neighboring rooms flushing toilets and using the shower. It's a great decent hotel for its price. Close to everything but not stuck in the middle of all the chaos. Already recommended to people and they enjoyed as well.

very basic room needs updating. for $188 a nite and having to pay $10 for parking ridiculous. paper cups???

clerk didn't know how to do anything. took 30 minutes to check in. no breakfast. rooms air conditioner looked old fashioned and didn't work. cracked tiles in bathroom. had to pay for parking. to top it off, two separate parties on both nights and didn't stop until 3 am! the only thing that was good was the location.

Overall a good experience

Everything was nice. The room wasn't as clean as we would like to see (there were stains on the armchairs, the linen were not as white as we have seen in other places), but price-wise and location-wise it was a great deal.

everything is excellent, the rooms should have a mini fridge or a microwave though. the staff were great and very very friendly. but housekeeping comes around waaayyyyyy too early (9am - 10am ish) besides that, i had a great time and i would reserve this hotel again ;)

Location perfect, staff polite and helpful, room hhhmmm

I had stayed there before and liked the location. When we checked in one of the two beds was not made. The toilet wasn't working well and there were some cobwebs in the bathroom. But the staff was very polite and took care of the problems. I would stay there again, especially since the location is perfect!

This hotel was so close to everything! The casino and attractions were all minutes away just by walking. The staff was super nice and helpful! The only downfall was the funny hot water system. The shower would go from super hot to super cold in seconds but other than that the hotel was great! I am about to book another trip at this same hotel!

Overall my stay at this hotel was good,we stayed in the outer part of the hotel,that was one thing that i didn't really like seeing as I thought I booked a room in the hotel,but overall I can't complain.Loved the location very close to everything.

This hotel has always met my experience with very high expectations. We have stayed at this hotel many, many times and have always been very satisfied with our experience. This Days Inn has been my go to for road trips with my friends. Great location and the view from our balcony in the tower was nice. Watch out for the $12 a day parking fee that you won't know about until you check out.

A perfectly great trip!

We were very happy with the room and the service. We have a large dog and they were wonderful about having him in the room and even offered to call us if we left him and there were issues. The rooms are older but the lobby and pool area were new. Excellent location (if you don't mind a hill on the way back) to the falls and all the tourist kitsch.

Good for the night

Me and my boys went up to for the night at Clifton Hill, had a great time, location is right at the top of the hill, right next to the Wild Mushroom and Casino. Great time. Good room, great price. Only complaint is that I wasn't told I would have to pay for parking.

Great Value

We were looking for a hotel right by Clifton Hill, and this was perfect. There were lots of restaurants very close, so we could walk to anything we wanted. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortably furnished, and we could even see a corner of the falls from our window! The price was very reasonable, and the value tremendous.

Great location and really clean. BUT, we were welcomed with no fridge, no wireless internet and no movie channels. I was going with my family so these amenities were essential. It bothered me that they promised certain things but when we arrived, these things were not available.

We stayed in the outside courtyard area. The rooms were acceptable but the tower rooms inside the main building must be much nicer. If you stay outside, expect a lot of partying by the other guests.
