Hotel was in a great location. The rooms were dirty and our floor appeared to be under construction. One reason we stayed here was the Applebee's kids eat free deal.... Total scam. Would stay again do to location and just up for a cleaner room
Good Location and clean and spacious room (Family Suete) but the hallways was dirty. Looks like they are performing maintainance. Check-in and Check out process was extremely time consuming. Waited in line nearly 35 min at check in and at check out was long as well. Only good thing about checkout was I paid on Visa which made the check out process faster.
We booked the family suite - there were 4 adults and 2 children. When I booked this room I was told that it would sleep 6 people no problem, upon arrival and entry into our room we soon found that the couch was WAY to small to sleep 2 people. The couch is a single size not a double like we were told. When we brought this to the front desks attention they informed us that tons of people rented... more
One night stay so not much more to say except close walking to entertainment

Hotel was clean and conveniently located close to Clifton hill. The only complaint was a Batchelor party was staying in the motel connected to this hotel was very loud at night but this isn't the hotel's fault and it really wasn't that bad. Would stay again.
The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean.
Would certainly stay here again. This was a long weekend visit, and we thought it would be noisy just because it was so busy - but it wasn't. We were in the courtyard section. It was an older hotel, but clean. We look forward to future visits.
The hotel was in need of updates. The outside door had a big gap and let cold air in. Paper cups instead of glass was really tacky. Had to walk outside to get to pool. Sauna door looked like a dungeon entrance. Also, bedroom curtains were tattered at the bottom and did not close all the way.
The room was dirty, stains on comforter, requested another room but not much better. Dirty and dingy. Phone didn't work, door lock broken.
The hotel room had stains on carpet. Missing hadles on dresser and wall paper falling of wall. Toilet next morning was cloged. Will not stay their again. Hotel in pictures was not the hotel room we got. Will never use this web sit again scared i will get caught in another hotel that the clerck at the desk did not even now how to use the phone to call out and order pizza. Be very careful when... more
Was not pleased that the hotel staff was sitting outside our room smoking and laughing at 8 am and didn't seem to feel bad about it when I went outside angry and told them off.
The room wasn't bright enough and very warm in there, there is no air flow. The bed comforter is very thin and the sheet wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed it kept coming off.
Almost got stuck in the bathroom because the doorknob almost came off in my hands Needs upgrading
We were a group of 10 and booked 3 rooms which were adjacent to each other which was good. The bathrooms could use some upgrading and needs an exhaust fan. But all in all it is good for short stay, and it is very close to Clifton Hill which was great.
Well we checked in with a two double bed room and air conditioner didn't work. I took a walk down to the main office explained what happened and was upgraded to a king size room with jacuzzi. Was very happy with that.
Me and my friends check in to this hotel knowing that it was an Inn so it wouldn't be the nicest of hotels. However, we weren't expecting it to be this bad since the pictures that were shown were pretty decent. When we got to the hotel to check in the staff was pretty nice, they gave us our keys and told us that our rooms were to the left of the hotel. At this point we were confused what they... more

Dirty!! Out dated, dingy..wouldn't stay here again.
Clean and comfortable. Great to stay there with kids because you can walk everywhere.
The hotel was good overall. We didn't have any complains . I will definitely go back. It was cheap and good what more can I say.
I really said that " horrible" because as we walked inside the room i already smells something that i could not explained where was came from and i noticed the carpet was really looks like never been cleaned and well vacuum, the bed sheets was really very old and every where were dust, and the most most horrible the shower was not working and the bath was disgusting... more

Hotel was clean. staff was terrible.l paid for parking but could not locate a packing space. Packed outside the hotel for 5 one night. yet hotel still charge me $ 10 because it was in the original contract.
Had the best time Staff was wonderful and very helpful
We booked what we were told was a family suite, with 4 adults and 2 children. Was no suite and we paid a lot for the room. It had 2 queen beds and a shabby single bed. We were basically told too bad for us and that is what their suites are. Offered us an air mattress. The room was old and they painted white stripes on the ceiling to cover up the cracks. Would not even give us a food voucher... more
We had to park so far away from the room. We were in an outside room so we had had to carry all our things by hand and hand them over a small brick fence. All in all I was very disappointed and am not sure if I will ever stay at a days... more
I was very surprise that no breakfast ,not free parking -$10.00 per night, and no refrigerator in the room.It was discomfort.
This was the first time we booked a room on line so we were glad to get a room that was so clean and the view was great. Close to everything our sons had a great time while we just relaxed in the hot tub.
Was disappointed in the quality of the hotel - there was dust webs hanging!
We paid extra to stay inside the tower part and were placed on the 2nd floor with access to outside where the other people who were staying in the motel part went by. The curtains didn't fully shut very disruptive. Then it took over a hour to checkin and the staff kept allowing people to cut the line and check in. Disappointing weekend away.
Basic hotel, great location in Niagara Falls. Free shuttle to casino. Friendly staff, bit of a wait at check in as it was busy. A/C in room didn't work, you get what you pay for.
carpets stained, hallways taken apart, rooms are just dirty!
Nice and clean. Underground parking was dark and scary. I requested an iron and was told one would be delivered shortly. After two days still no iron. Tried to call the front desk repeatedly and received no answer. close to bus line was a real plus.
The only attractive things about this hotel were the price and the location. Otherwise it is a dilapidated old place falling apart. Holes in the blankets, cracked sink, dirty carpets, grime in the pool and hot tub. We were 4 adults and two kids, 4 and 6 year olds. The room was supposed to be "2 queen bed and pull-out sofa bed". What we found was a cot instead of a pull out sofa. The... more
Really enjoyed our stay at the Clifton Hills Days Inn. Upon arrival, we got a free upgrade to a room with a King sized bed and jacuzzi. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only minor issue, and it wasn't really an issue to me, was the hallway conditions, the walls were a little... more
Way too many hidden costs. We are senior citizens but had to pay $10.00 per night just for parking. Many places offer a free breakfast but we got no such thing at this hotel. This was not our first stay here but it will be our last. There was even money put onto our bill for incidentals and then was returned, but we kept watching to make sure that we did get it back. I could only think that... more
the room we were assigned was not up to our expectations ,the receptionist implied that if we hadn't booked through Expedia we wouldn't have gotten a substandard room. We stayed in the tower part of the hotel. originally asked for a room with 2 queens and got one with 2 queens and a single for no extra charge. The room was clean and quiet and the hotel was in a excellent location.
It was very clean, within walking distance of the falls, surrounded by lots of restusrants & attractions. Overall me and my family liked it and would book with them again.
The hotel might be a little outdated but the staff is amazing! If you are planning on a short stat to visits the falls - this is a good option. Everything is in walking distance and parking at the hotel is only $10. The pool is not big or deep but enough for the kids to play in.
Room was okay for the price, but noticed the air conditioning had been leaking water inside the room for quite a while due to the stained carpet and big water puddle. And the toilet leaking probably due to a bad wax ring when the toilet was installed... We called front desk and we were put on hold for quite some time.. Had to hang up and call back a few times till they finally answered.. When... more
Our last night in Niagra Falls...didn't get much sleep. Walls are paper thin and could hear people on both sides all night. Beds are hard and decor is stuck in the 70's. Could not connect to the wi-fi at all.
Check in is at 3pm and waited in line for 1:45 minutes to check in. It was crazy. Room was nice loved the swan on the bed. Pool was a bit cold for my taste. Phone didn't work. But all in all it was a better room than the one across the river on the US side.
I did a lot of research for a centrally located hotel to Niagara and for a good price. This hotel had good and bad reviews like all do but after reading a lot I saw there were hardly in problems if you stayed in the tower. The tower is clearly very new. The surrounding rooms are clearly older and I can not speak for anything on them except they looked scary on the outside, that's it. The tower... more
Hotel is in great location. Walking distance to Falls but not within the heart of the noisy district. Our room was quiet and comfortable. It was ok nothing special only thing I like was very close to everything and front dask staff was very friendly
For the price its worth it. Walking distance to Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill and the border. Hardly any parking besides underground which you have to walk stairs. Staff was friendly.
on my way back from BUF and decided to stay over in niagara falls, the location was awesome but the room not so much. they directed us to a room that was separate from motel, the tv room wasnt working, the beds were lopped sided, i was even afraid to use the bathroom. but for 60 bucks a night, you cant really ask for much more.
I booked this hotel with the intentions of only sleeping/getting ready there. Check-In/Check-Out was a breeze, the staff was extremely nice and very helpful with recommendations on what to do or where to go. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of any of the amenities. The location was fantastic, walking distance from any place we wanted to go. No issues with parking, the hotel has a parking... more

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and good view of the area. I was concerned about the potential problem with the bathtub. With no mat and no "skid" tapes it was a bit scary to try to take a shower. Can't believe they have not had people fall in the shower.
My wife and I have stayed here long term. We have been staying here for almost 4 months while we look for a rental in the area. But the staff was very polite and took care of the problems. I would stay there again, especially since the location is perfect!
This hotel was so close to everything! The casino and attractions were all minutes away just by walking. The staff was super nice and helpful! The only downfall was the funny hot water system. The shower would go from super hot to super cold in seconds but other than that the hotel was great! I am about to book another trip at this same hotel!
This hotel has always met my experience with very high expectations. We have stayed at this hotel many, many times and have always been very satisfied with our experience. Package deals when they do have them are wonderful deals...only wish they had more package deals. ( dinner & breakfast included ) We will definitely being staying at this Days Inn again.
We were in Niagara Falls for a recent cheerleading competition and I stayed at this hotel with my 19yr. old son and his girlfriend. The location is perfect. Many restaurants to choose from. Tourist area of Clifton Hill literally right there. I found the staff to be courteous and very helpful with directions and just friendly banter with myself and other guests. Cleaning staff was pleasant to... more
we found front desk staff to be very polite ,helpful ,our room was upgraded at no extra charge ,this room enabled us to watch the fireworks from the comfort of an easy chair ,greatly appreciated on a Winters eve in Niagara Falls ,breakfast also ,was an enjoyable experience ,with staff quick to refill plates when supplies were getting low ,we shall return to this hotel .
Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff. No big surprises.
I was a little weary of this place after reading some of the reviews, however, I took a risk because it was so close to everything. Let me tell you, this hotel was GREAT!!!! We stayed in the tower and the room was clean, the staff were very friendly. And you are literally within walking distance to everything!!!!!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. It... more
We were very happy with the room and the service. We have a large dog and they were wonderful about having him in the room and even offered to call us if we left him and there were issues. The rooms are older but the lobby and pool area were new. Excellent location (if you don't mind a hill on the way back) to the falls and all the tourist kitsch.
Me and my boys went up to for the night at Clifton Hill, had a great time, location is right at the top of the hill, right next to the Wild Mushroom and Casino. Great time. Good room, great price. Only complaint is that I wasn't told I would have to pay for parking.
I traveled with a group of my college friends. We were there to see the falls but also the nightlife, both of which were in perfect walking distance. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful with questions. The rooms were decent, nothing special but nothing to cringe over, typical hotel bedspread. Clean bathroom. We couldn't have asked for a better location and for what we paid it was... more
We were looking for a hotel right by Clifton Hill, and this was perfect. There were lots of restaurants very close, so we could walk to anything we wanted. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortably furnished, and we could even see a corner of the falls from our window! The price was very reasonable, and the value tremendous.
Great location and really clean. BUT, we were welcomed with no fridge, no wireless internet and no movie channels. I was going with my family so these amenities were essential. It bothered me that they promised certain things but when we arrived, these things were not available.
this hotel did not meet my expectations. room was out dated and dirty, orbitz lists contintental breakfast but hotel does not offer one. look elsewhere if you can
Bugs In the RoomCeiling Tile fell on my mothers head .They did not refund nothing or did not adjust bill. The bed was saggy and the pillows were old and smelly.DO NO GO HERE
I have to call 3 times to get towels and shampoo.
This hotel is right around the corner from main strip in Canada. The rooms could use some work, but we didn't go to Niagara Falls to stay in the room. We walked to the strip and down to the falls everyday, and it was easy for my 3 year old. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. General Niagara Falls suggestion: def. stay Canadian side, you can see the falls. On US side, you see top... more
This average hotel, good for the money you paid. 5 min walk from Niagara falls, quiet street. Room was clean, friendly stuff.
“ This was the worst hotel of my life! Never will I recommend this place anyone, it's not wroth the time and money! Peoples are rude. ”
Very good affordable hotel. Nothing special, but clean and affordable.
After reading so many reviews i became nervous how bad this Days Inn was going to be. I travel 3 times a month everywhere. I dont know how to stay home. Come on give me a break this hotel was more then fine. Yea there were people everywhere but it was nice seeing people having a good time and having a night life. I was close to everything I wante. Parking ws $10 a night who cares its $20... more
Have stayed her before, found the service wasn't as good this time, had to pay for parking and no free breakfast which was included last time and the parking was also free last stay. Stayed in the courtyard on the second floor, not very good if you have kids as there is no elevator and you have to carry everything up the stairs which was a bit of a pain. Overall for the money you get what you... more
I would recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a cost effective hotel. I was very impressed with the hotel due to its location and how close it was to Casino Niagara. It was a good value for my money. Most of my expectations were met.
We stayed in the outside courtyard area. The rooms were acceptable but the tower rooms inside the main building must be much nicer. If you stay outside, expect a lot of partying by the other guests.
“We knew the accommodations were basically budget and we were satisfied to that extent.”
1. the front desk employee was very kind and helpful. 2. we liked the cleanliness of the room. 3.the waitresses in the restaurant were kind and helpful. 4.the free breakfast was an excellent gift. 5.only thing wrong was the tv stations(not enough). 6.very good value for our money, compared to others in area. we would recommend it to others. thank you
“I would stay there again, it was in a great location and the staff was very nice.”
“Good local, still too pricey for the quality of the bedding & towels. I don't expect to have everything new & plush, but it should be upgraded to make the guests feel like they are away from home & on a mini-vacation, not like they're at a camp. Everything appeared older from the shampoo to the hotel pamphlets. We won't stay here again.”
“The cleanliness of this hotel was great, the rooms were updated and well kept. The location couldn't have been better, it was a short 10 minute walk to the Falls and entertainment.”
“Great hotel for the money, the staff was very nice. The room is pretty nice. I stayed in the Tower part of the hotel it was good.”
“This hotel is in the perfect centralized location for all things in Niagara Falls. We were able to walk to everything and the staff was just wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls and I hope to stay there again in the future.”
“The hotel in general was decent. The room I stayed in was no where near as nice as the ones in the pictures. The entrance to the room was only an outdoor entrance and it was not enjoyable to have to walk outside in the cold after going swimming in the amazing pool.”
“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff was friendly, location worked well, accommodations were comfortable.”
“This hotel has double beds for queens. I know because I had a room with their queen beds and a room with their double beds. The heated pool was not broke but to cold for me to swim in. Their suite rooms do not have bedrooms at all. The suite rooms are just bigger rooms that have couches in them.”
“I am very unhappy with the service and the way I was treated the hotel manager offered my nothing when my things were stolen the door was kicked down and wouldnt stay shut the weather that night was 10 degrees Fahrenheit so I slept on a couch in the lobby.”
“Good location, friendly staff but pricey for a star hotel, I end up paying $420 us for 3 nights, that's $140/night...”
“the rooms were clean and the service was ok. the shower water went from ok to extreme hot to extreme cold. it was very loud due to guest and the shuttle bus starting up in the wee hours of the morning (6:30 or so). There were not a lot of TV stations to watch either. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest you change its rating.”
Long week-end in May, room was a disappointment, needs a complete overall. Very noisy between hotel rooms. One bed was ok; the other was at the end of its life. Decor/bed linen & lighting fixtures include TV & radio all need to be upgraded. We did get great service by hotel staff. Great and exciting if you like a busy & party atmosphere. Definitely would recommend if you like to party & dont... more
