Airheads on the phone. Took 3 weeks for a part that was supposed to take 2 days. Called twice to leave a number and was assured i'd get a call when the part arrived. Finally tired of waiting...i call and the part is there...but "we talk to 30 people a day...but you're welcome to come in...".
