Really really good gelato. This is a cash only joint that focuses its energies in doing gelato well. About a dozen or so choices. They serve up all the staples and a few specialties. All that's missing is a nice wafer. I just never know the hours of operation - not posted.

I always get the same - double chocolate of some sort and it's always delicious.

The staff are always friendly, but be prepared to wait in lines during the summer.

Unfortunetely it is cash only which is why it lost a star. At least get an ATM!

I've been here about four times already, and I love this place! The flavours are superb, my absolute favourite is the dairy-free dark chocolate (not that I don't like dairy, but this one was just so rich and delicious), but I also really like the mint chocolate chip and the tiramisu. Flavours change all the time though.

We visited here as a family and everyone's selection was terrific: the gelato was creamy, rich, and delicious.

miserable service

Best Gelato in town

Wonderful gelato in a variety of flavours. The service is a bit slow but worth the wait, on a hot summers day there is a long line-up.

This is not Gelato

This is not Gelato it is plain, boring ice-cream!!! Also terrible customer service and too expensive,over $5.00 for a small cone. Go to La Dolce Vita, Lakeshore Rd in Oakville. Just like the Gelato you would get in Italy. Yummy!!!

such cheap people

I ordered a medium waffle cup and she had the order ready on top of one tiny layer of a napkin! I asked her for a plastic cup as it was barely covering and it was leaking, she said it will be another 25 cents!!!!!!! Even Timis have its waffle cups in a plastic cup for half the price and... more

Great Gelato

Great Gelato, great setting, right on the lake! lots of different flavous to choose from. You know it's good when there's always a line up out the door! Just remember to bring cash as they are a cash only establishment.

It's ok too much dairy

Very popular, need more staff when people are line up outside the door. Gelato is ok, taste more like ice cream compared to gelato found in Florence and Rome. Nice try

Awesome gelato, fresh very tasty, yes a bit pricey but wellworth it. Just came back from Europe and this Lemon gelato is the closest in taste I have come across anywhere around here.

Delicious "Ice Cream

Just what we needed after a slightly heavy lunch. Amazing selection. Not full ice cream but delicious never the less. Not busy as it can be on a hot day.

Great Pistachio

The flavours here are amazing. The pistachio stood out the most and the limone was refreshing.

Love this gelato place. Been too many times to count and I haven't had a bad flavour yet. Pricing isn't bad. It gets very busy in the summer with it being downtown and on the waterfront but the wait isn't crazy long. Love that there is both indoor and outdoor seating.

They should really make those cash only signs bigger... kind of stupid considering how busy it is going to be in the summer. Not sure why they don't have an ATM or something...

True Italian Icecream, made only with natural ingredients

This is our summer treat place. Absolutely authentic italian ice cream made with good ingredients and tastes like heaven! Replace a meal with it, it is rich - but so GOOD!
Unfortunately sitting isn't that pretty, neither inside or outside. But with such good ice cream - who cares anyway.

Wonderful and unconventional ice cream flavours. A little on the pricey side (their small is the equivalent of a kiddie cone @ most other places and they charge $3.95 for it), but the quality and flavours are superior.

Great gelato place down by the waterfront in Burlington. Nice patio space, plus internal seating, plus a bathroom. The gelato is rich, decadent, good, and $5 for a large. Pretty sure this stuff would cost you more in Yorkville. As a friend noted "the surest sign of bad pistachio ice cream is it's colored green." A small shop, but with high quality gelato in many variations and flovors.
They have more than 30 flavours and all were exotic, the gelato is so smooth and not too sweet - in fact some of the best gelato I have ever had.
