January 30, 2013The hygienist I was assigned to was very gentle and used hand scaling to clean my teeth. My diagnosis of bone loss below my bottom front teeth was a bit disturbing though. I wish I had been warned many years ago that crowded teeth could cause this.

January 19, 2013I had broken a molar on Christmas Day. The side of my molar which was a filling had fallen out. I had this filling put in during the latter part of 2010. December 13, 2012I know it was not usual, but waiting almost an hour past an appointment time is not ok. If you did have an idea of how far behind you were, it is MUCH better to let me know when I arrive, then I could make a decision to re-book or go do something else if I had to. I know there are lots of things you cannot control, but knowing as soon as I arrive what the window is would help immensely

Creditview Dental has let me down!
December 08, 2012I had no problem with Creditview Dental before until last Saturday. Grace has taken care of our cleaning and she is great. But on Saturday another lady did the cleaning for us and we were bleeding badly. And the polisher was broken so the polishing wasn't done. They should have informed us in advance. We also did X-RAY and it wasn't a good experience neither. The stuff put into mouth before... more

November 03, 2012The set app ran 1/2 hr late. I went in for a rebound in a front tooth, to feel like it was rushed through and not completed, shaped properly. This resulted in a rescheduled app in another 3 weeks. Disappointing to say the least.
