Room was decent for a Courtyard; however, my room was not ready for check-in despite me getting there at 4:30. This place is kind off the beaten path, and getting a cab was always a hassle. But otherwise a pleasant stay.

Excellent service. The more I stay at Courtyards the less I want to stay at the full service Marriotts. Staff was very friendly, food at the bistro was nice and fresh, rooms were immaculate, beds were comfortable.

Close to major highways and businesses in Markham

had a meeting in the area and this hotel was close, but it was above average and I enjoyed the breakfast bar options.

Recently stayed here over the weekend for a wedding and was extremely happy with the service. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and room was nice and tidy. Nice but dated

The staff were great upon check-in. We had a king suite. VERY LARGE room with pull-out sofa. Separate bedroom with king bed. Wallpaper and carpeting was dated and could certainly use some updating. For those traveling with kids, I recommend.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. Rooms were clean, staff was really polite and helpfull. At one point I needed a bathrobe... and the check-in staff told me that mariott is not longer carring them, but they did check for me in the back and brought me 2... So cudos to the staff. The room was very clean and the mattress is comfy. Bed linens are soft. But it was very noisy. Kids were running on the hallway knocking on the door up until 12am. We were trying to sleep. I called the front desk and nothing was done.

Clean Courtyard with updates

Typical Courtyard with the newer lobby design concept. It has the café and Starbucks coffee in the lobby as well. Rooms were clean and updated, so staying for business was a good experience overall. They do have coffeemakers in the room, so you are not bound to paying the Starbucks prices if you elect not to.

Fast service and super rooms with a good view. Accessible to commercial area and staff are very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast options are minimal and are charged. May be good to start a complimentary breakfast like your other hotels.

Consistent Marriott

Typical Courtyard by Marriott, which is why I keep staying. This one looks like it was recently renovated. My room (non-suite) was very clean and spacious. A previous reviewer said that the pillows were awful, and they're absolutely right. Not sure why. Other than that, the place was great and the staff was superb.

Fabulous hotel

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It is very modern and clean and close to shopping and major routes. My children also enjoyed the pool. I like the fact that a room can comfortably fit a larger family. The only problem is the breakfast isn't great, but that's a minor point. We'll be staying here again!

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel while visiting family in the area. This hotel is a great find: very friendly and helpful staff (they greet you every time we walk in and out), very comfortable rooms, great fitness room and swimming pool. The rooms are your standard fare, nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. The AC is a wall unit and tends to be really loud like all wall unit hotel ACs are. The service was great in the bar/breakfast areas

It is very convenient to get to major highways and a lot of great Chinese restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided in the lobby in the morning and evening as well as coffee maker in the room. The hotel staffs are very friendly and courteous.

Second time we have stayed in a Courtyard by Marriott within the past 2 months. LOVE this chain! Rooms are quiet. SPOTLESS. Plan on staying with them as long as possible!

Great hotel

Overall it was great. Internet, nice pool and next to highways. Only thing was the room I had had a King bed but was a small room (380sq/ft?). Not a big deal though. I would definitely stay again!

Nice decorated, big rooms, great brunch, friendly staff, wonderful coffee! Would stay there again; good location--easy to get everywhere.

Decent hotel. Usually where we will stay when we visit family in Toronto. It's convenient located near Highway 7, tons of restaurant around here to eat.

Staff is nice, rooms are always neat and clean. Plenty of free parking on the lot.

Plus = Free internet connection in room!
