The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were great. I liked the pillows on the bed and the room set up. The morning buffet was also good.
While the staff were friendly enough and the room large enough. The parking lot is a little cramped limited parking at front with most of the parking on the north side of the hotel. If you have a rear ground floor room you have to parallel park to take advantage of the ground floor access. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and the breakfast was disappointing frozen fruit that was either mushy or to the... more
Really enjoyed my time and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic!
Fine hotel. Easy to get to. Good breakfast with gluten free options. I have stayed in several more expensive hotels down town that were no more comfortable but we're way more money. This is a better deal if you are just looking for a clean comfy bed
We absolutely love this hotel! Last time we stayed here for our 5th Anniversary. Loved the place <3 Now we were back for our 18th Anniversary and it still hasn't changed! Great service. Friendly staff. Fantastic choices for breakfast. A relaxing stay and down time for us to get away from the hustle and bustle. Would recommend this place to anyone for a good nites sleep :) Easy to find!
On the verge of being a dump. The carpet must be from the 1970. The bathroom looks like it has not be redone in years. ←you can get a hotel in Hawaii for almost the same.
Simple. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Very happy with our suite. Great beds!!
We were looking for a hotel close to city center and the airport. The staff were great, the room comfortable and the breakfast provided lots of nice choices.
I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years. On this visit I noticed how run-down things are becoming, at least, in my room. The bathtub drain was badly stained. The bottom of the fiberglass tub flexed and made popping sound as you stepped around (I'm a 190 lb man - not exactly overweight). The drain in the sink was in need of repair and the chrome finish on the sink spout was worn,... more
The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, we had a suite with two queens beds and a living room. Very comfortable.
Great helpfuff staff , free breakfast was the best I have had ! Close to all amenities and clean! I will stay here again for sure
I was only here overnight to catch a 5:45 AM flight. Room was nice.
Four day stay for a dog show. Easy access. Hotel is dog friendly. Wonderful breakfasts with good variety. Walking distance to a Denny's as hotel does not have a dining room.
You have to know how to get there. After the third day, I was beginning to get the hang of which driveway to turn into. There are two hotel entrances and an alleyway to choose from and signing is not helpful the first time or two. Everything else was good, not outstanding, but very adequate. Not the best neighbourhood for restaurants, but there are some choices a short ways away.
Loved the extras. Cookies, Library, take out lunch bag, cinnamon for the yogurt and fruit.
Our family makes this hotel a regular stop. We usually stay a couple nights a month. It is always good! Offers continental breakfast and family like atmosphere! Great park and fly value!
When we arrived Expedia did not notify them we had a dog. The staff scrambled and was able to get us a room. Great staff.
Hotel has great breakfast. Staffs are nice. But i said hi to housekeeper at hallway and she just rolled her eyes. Not every staffs are nice but mostly good. Room is just okay. It seems a bit small. And if ur room is on the first floor u would face parked cars. Some people check in at night and noise is annoying when u r in sleep. If u are goinf to this hotel try cookies at front its really good.
Had a great stay there close to the places I wanted to go
emplacement très proche de l'aéroport, très bon accueil, même si vous partez très tôt le matin, un petit dej est prêt pour être emporté, petit geste très agréable
Clean room, comfortable beds and good location. Needs upgrade though especially the washroom as it looked quiet old and internet is slow! The only hotel that i checked in that made me sign an incidental form worth $50 because the receptionist said that I booked through expedia! I was too tired to argue so i just signed but I am not happy with that!
We enjoyed having a King Size bed in our own room and our teenage girls had their own room with their own TV. It wasn't really fancy but it was clean and comfortable and everything worked just fine. It was a good value for the dollar.
quiet hotel with good service. really need to read the map to find the hotel.
the hotel is a bit older looking but was clean and everything worked. The morning breakfast which was included had a great variety on the buffet, they also had to go bags which included a bottle of water a granola bar and a piece of fruit which was good to take on the ride later.
Stayed one nite on the way to a wedding in Zenon Park.
Stayed here last week, Suggest you look elsewhere. Very expensive for a very ordinary Standard room w/ 2 Beds. Can find premium Lodging in Las Vegas cheaper than this place. Room was dingy, and so is the Reception Check In area, looks like something from the 50's, with an Old Rickity Wood Floor, that looks like it is ready to... more
Stay was good staff was very friendly
Slept very well only complaint was the room was outdated needs a painting and new carpet price was a bit high for room conditions I am a maintenance manager at a hotel now and see all things
But all and all it was a nice stay
Just did a quick night stay here in March but have stayed here MANY times before... Seems to be going downhill fast. Looks dingy throughout, big black stain on our carpet and breakfast was not too satisfying. Staff was very friendly but unfortunately the poor quality overshadowed. Probably going to find a new "go to"
This hotel is run down especially for the price like really 189.00 for a room at seniors rate like really you think seniors are able to afford that. The room was not clean room so out dated just a disgusting place to stay almost rather stay at a truck stop. The front desk staff were the worst I have ever... more
I've stayed here on two occassions, but the visit that is freshest in my mid was in July 2006. I was travelling with my fiance, his brother and their dad to Winnipeg, and we were just stopping in Saskatoon for the night. We stayed in a room that had two beds, and then another small room attached with a pullout bed, a large tv and table and chairs.
Let me tell you, that pull put bed was the most...

Stayed here many times over the years. Rooms are clean and sort of updated... brass headboards circa 1980? Old lamp no wall decor Bathrooms need upgrading!! We had a room with 2 beds... very small. I Have stayed at this location many times. I have had many good experiences at this hotel in the past. My last stay makes me wonder what has happened too this hotel. Fist off I booked my room's a year in advance. When we called too conform a couple months before they said that we had cancelled our rooms. We... more
I had booked us 2 different nights 1 before and 1 after our trip using the Stay and Park promotion. I was told I would be able to use my points to lower the cost of our 2nd night but when I went to do this at check out the front desk girl said it was impossible as this had... more
Stayed at this hotel this week on business. Thank god it was only one night. The sidewalk was covered in ice and dirt. There was a boil water advisory on the door. It was dirty and run down from the outside of the front door and got worse. The elevator is beaten up. the carpets in the hall are completely... more
The stay started on the wrong note when we saw a bus full of noisy kids in the foyer and our room was only 3 doors away. I asked for a room on another floor but they were sold out. Surprisingly enough I did sleep but I often wonder why people would let kids jump on beds and run in... more
I stayed here in January/13 and, again in Oct/13. I had written them complaints about the January visit (among other things, not enough parking places with plug ins when it is -30). In fairness, they offered me 50% off my next stay. So I stayed 2 nights in October and they were as good as their word about the 50%.... more
I went to a concert in Saskatoon and only needed one night to stay. I enjoyed that they had 3PM check in & 12PM check out the next day. This gave us time to relax before going out. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quite. They provide a hot breakfast in the morning. Great selection of... more
Hotel is a bit tired and needs upgrading. Rooms are small, not even enough room for bags. Location is a bit too far out of town centre.
I stayed here August 12 for 1 night with my mom and we both enjoyed this hotel. Loved the fresh cookies at check-in and the wide variety of food selection for breakfast & getting to make your own waffles. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel was easy to find. I would stay here again.
I stay at this hotel often for work and have found it to be a decent hotel but for some reason it is getting noisier lately. Recent visits have had lots of late night activity and the doors bang really loud as people enter and exit their rooms. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean but often the... more
We booked this through Royal Bank points, so I can't attest to the value. However, this was a decent hotel in a great location. It is located just off of Circle Drive, so it's easy to get in and out of the city from here, or to another location within the city. It is set back a little from Circle... more
I've stayed here a few times. IT's your basic hotel. Things are a bit dated but my room was clean. Hotel can be a bit noisy depending on who's staying there so the construction quality is that of a Super 8 (wood frame with a bit of insulation most likely). Staff has always been friendly and helpful. You're also a... more
Beds were uncomfortable and pillows gross. The bathroom had hair in floor and the comforter had stains all over it. Sheets ha holes in them. I'd pay the extra and stay in a BW or something better. Can't believe it had such high reviews.
We arrived at noon and Shelly was able to get us into our room right away - I had to start prepping for a medical procedure the next day, so was very happy to get the room so quickly. She offered us a choice of ground, 2nd or 3rd floor - we always stay on the 2nd or 3rd, but... more
We recently spent a night at the Country Inn & Suites on our way to the northern lakes in Saskatchewan. We stayed here awhile back for 2 days and at the time they had smoking rooms available. I personally do not smoke but my friend does. Its time to remodel but still a satisfactory place to stay a night. The rooms were very clean but the carpets show wear. Standard, average complimentary breakfast however, the coffee was top shelf! Front Desk staff were polite and cooperative. No real reason to avoid a this hotel but she isvdefinitely in need of an upgrade in furnishings.
Overall not too bad. Suite was spacious, and for the most part well furnished (minus the ancient refrigerator). Service was good, internet worked well, and breakfast was decent. Nothing to complain about. 7/10
very nice staff at check in. When we got to our room the t.v. did not work and one call to the front desk and Melissa was up to the room in less than a minute and fixed the problem.Room was large with big sitting chairs for watching t.v. and the bed was very comfortable. Room and bath were spotless... more
I think this was one of the first hotels in the industrial airport area of Saskatoon. It's showing its age compared to the Sandman and the other new ones around it but we were pleased with our room and the service was excellent.

Stayed overnight in a comfortable, spacious suite. Couldn't ask for better. Great full breakfast as well. Easy to get to off the ring road, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Carlson is trying hard and they've found a successful formula here!
During our recent stay at this hotel, we were very impressed with the high level of competence, friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff - from the very accommodating, cheerful receptionist and breakfast prep staff (excellent breakfast with many healthy choices) to the maids who tidied up the room. The hotel was clean, cabs downtown always available, and all facilities... more
We stayed here for a night, when we went to Saskatoon to see a concert. The place was very warm and comfy and everyone tried to make us feel at home. The rooms were not luxurious, but very clean and tidy. We had a good breakfast (something I am not used to). We would stay here again any time.
We are staying at this hotel while we are having repairs done to our vehicle. Our son is handicapped and we arrived from Brandon Manitoba later in the evening. After staying last year at the Saskatoon Country Inn & Suites, I decided to stay again - and again it was a great stay - very clean, courteous staff, and a great hot breakfast. Can't say anything bad. Will stay there again!
Went to Saskatoon on a business trip and stayed at the property for 1 night. They are a decent property. You can see it's an old property but one which is well kept and maintained. Although it has been awhile since I have stayed here. My mom and I used to everytime we would visit Saskatoon. It is very close to the airport and is a great location being just off of the very noisy and crazy busy circle drive. We are repeat guests of this hotel and probably always will be
Close to the airport. Approx an $8.00 cab ride away. Hotel next door has a sports lounge an a Denys. The lounge was loud and dark. Denys was fine for a quick lunch. Stayed 3 nights at this hotel at the end of the year in 2012. The room was substandard for a Carlson hotel and I couldn't believe what our room was like. The stay was just overnight. Treated well by staff and our requests. The room was comfortable and we slept well. Free breakfast was a good start before the flight. The access to the airport was a key reason for choosing this accommodation.
Stayed two nights in this hotel and found it a pleasant stay. King size suite very clean, all amenities in place appreciated the disposable glasses and cups not even a coffee pot to re-wash or handle. Maybe not as classy as glass cups & tumblers but I prefer dispoable-- even had that option for breakfast dinnerware. Top sheet a little... more
Once again we stayed at the Country Inn and Suites and had an enjoyable stay. The staff is very good. It was hard to regulate the heat in the room, too warm. A fairly pleasent hotel to stay at overnight. However, the temperature in the room over night was too warm and felt rather suffocating. The free breakfast was fair, nothing very interesting. My first pleasant surprise came during check-in when we were asked where in the hotel we wanted to stay. When I requested someplace quiet, we were placed on the third floor. Saskatoon is a busy place and I am always trying new hotels when I cannot stay at my preferred (still expensive one) one. I stayed at this hotel this time and the staffing was a good surprise. The hotel is showing its age, but some floors are undergoing renovation.

The beds and the linens were very good. We would definitely stay here again. We all slept well and that's not easy for me. I don't typically sleep... more
Nice location on the North End of town. The hotel is priced high for what you get, the rooms are a bit dated and run down, but the staff was friendly and accomodating.
I will stay here again on my travels, but only because I am a Carlson rewards member and I like the points.
Wonderful hotel! Staff were incredible, and very friendly and helpful! Best breakfast I have ever seen a hotel have(the waffles were amazing!), best coffee for a hotel I have ever had! Great selection for movie rentals. Very clean, very quiet. Would love to stay here again!!!!
We picked this hotel as a suite allowed us to fit 3 adults, 1 child and an infant (in a playpen) into one room. The room was a bit shabby, and noisy, and the bathtub dripped. But the beds were comfy enough, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. For $170/night (including... more

The staff exhibited being well trained in the job of hospitality. The facility was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a location that is favorable to travelers. Nice, friendly hotel. Country atmosphere - quaint and cute, continental breakfast above average.
The Country Inn Suites provides goods and services that neighbouring hotels can only include at a higher prices. For instance, this hotel includes a continental breakfast as part of the room price....accompannied by a unique free DVD service for clients who wish to view (second run) movies in their room. Overall, good service and good accomodations at a very competitive price.
the room was surprisingly large with a comfortable bed. the decore needs help however the size of the room more than made up for the colors of furnature. Breakfast was a nice treat with an extensive selection, try to beat the rush as seating is limited.
If we hadn't just spent 5 hours in the car we would had gone some where else! The room itself was very comfortable but the t.v. didn't work!! Overall it was a disapointing stay.
