Coppi is a fabulous find!!!

We had an amazing dinner at Coppi for a friend's milestone birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The ambiance was wonderful - it's a funky, cool, gorgeously decorated spot, comfortable chairs and stylish decor. We will absolutely return! BEST barley risotto I've ever had!! Tasty

Dined in a group of four for their summerlicious menu. The portions were small (very), but tasty (very). I had the halibut and the size of the piece was 1"x5". I don't like feeling hungry after a meal, and I'm a 5ft petite female! I also tasted the risotto, which was made of a grain other than rice? It was strange.
Otherwise, the food was delicious and the service was quick and courteous.

very nice place, they have this biking theme going on. very Italian...they only have Italian beer! the food was good. not huge portions but enough to be full, not stuffed. its definitely quality over quantity which I like. service was fine.

There was one service man that brought the appetizer to us in a rude way. He put down the dishes in front of our faces like there are your orders. Eat it. It was such a terrible manner that we wouldn't come to this restaurant again or recommend it to a friend. This server should treat everybody in the same manner regardless their background. Too bad. The food was excellent

Went to this place 3 times for winterlicious and summerlicious. Nice environment.
Good quality food and portion. However, read your bill careful, they provide valet parking $15 per vehicle. We didn't use this service but was automatically charged on the bill $30 for 2 cars. Gladly we spot it and asked for the revised bill. Not nice to put this... more

My friend and I enjoyed the Summerlicious menu there on Tuesday. The main we had, lamb in a subtle yet tomato sauce, with linguine was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten Cooked perfectly!

Great find!

Our first visit to Coppi was fabulous. Quirkily decorated with bicycle photos and scuptures, it has a warm, comfortable feeling with dark wood floor and lots of space between tables. Attentive professional service. Everything was delicious. We were there for lunch and will be back another day for dinner. Straight to top of where-would-we-like-to-eat list.

Coppi is a tastefully decorated restaurant. I was pleased to arrive with a sign signalling there was valet parking. The food was nicely played but overall was just okay, I wasn't blown away. This is a good restaurant for a pleasant evening out. Food always delicious, well prepared. Service excellent. Wine selection very good. A good alternative to trudging down town for an evening out.

Service was not what I expected

Coppi's summerlicious menu had more items to choose from than others, therefore we gave them a try. The hostess was very friendly and seated us quickly. Food was good but server super casual and a bit condescending. Felt it was very pricey for the level and tone of the place. Valet parking a nice touch though. Probably won't go back and price means I wouldn't recommend it as a local eatery.

The Two Faustos would be ashamed

It was the first time my wife and I went there and we were very pleased with the food, service and the place. The neighborhood is also very good.

After hearing some raves from friends we decided to give it a shot. The food was fine but that's really the best I can say about it. Nothing was bad at all but not memorable at all.

Good Italian Restaurant

Had dinner at Coppi on Saturday May 10 with family and had a wonderful time. We were sitted right away upon entering the restaurant and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The food was very good, the waiter very knowledgeable and the place very clean.

Divine Dining

The menu was nicely varied. The food was excellent and the fish and pasta were outstanding. They have an excellent wine list and the desserts and lattes were scrumptious.

Anniversary Night

We had a wonderful time and were thrilled with the service and over joyed with the meal. This added to the special night we were celibrating. We loved the 'forks' on the wall.

Had a great time and food was great. It got a bit too noisy later in the evening but overall a great experience.

We made a last minute reservation for a Saturday night. Being seated upstairs meant it was very quiet which was nice. Food was great as usual.

Terrible experience

I do not recommend this restaurant. The food was so salty. Could not eat it. The service was poor. The ambiance is cold and uninviting. The value is not there. Will certainly not return.

Great food and atmosphere! The tables were not close to each other, which was great. You didnt hear the other table's conversation.
The table next to us got the fish encrusted in salt. The whole presentation and serving process was interesting.

Great service and excellent food

On a stormy night in Toronto, the restaurant was full, yet the service was great and the food recommendations and wine selection were terrific. Their Summerlicious menu is awesome.
Guests next to us had the house specialty - fish cooked in a sea salt hut. It looked amazing.

Tasty winterlicious 2013

Quality tasty food! Right portion even for winterlicious. Trendy enviornment, love the tables setting were not too close to one another. Love the steak, Tiramisu was excellent.

Good friends, great wine, wonderful food, superior service. Who could ask for more? Highly recommend (just because it's what I ate): the osso bucco agnolotti, the risotto with porcini, the salt-baked fish and (especially) the octopus carpaccio. Those who may have disliked this restaurant in the past should revisit now that it's under new ownership.

Fausto is the owner and he seems to be losing his passion for his customers. He is no longer the wonderful host that he was 5 years ago. The food is still great but it is now a living and not a passion anymore.

We have enjoyed meals here but we have also had spotty service on occasion.

The food is great, decor very nice but something about the place is a bit pretentious. Maybe not intentionally but have never been here when it didnt just seem too formal. Last visit ordered the lobster and spaghetti which was quite pricey for a lot of pasta and a little lobster.
