After a long day of construction, my room was clean and comfortable. As soon as I laid down in bed, I was amazed at how comfortable it was. It was the best sleep I ever had. Thank you
A pleasant hotel. I didn't make use of the exercise facilities, but they looked nice
We found the breakfast room, although we did not use it, to be very small.
Good decent economic stay No need to add more . What can I say about a good basic place to sleep?
Was looking for hotel/motel outside of Toronto and found good reviews for this Comfort Inn. Another friend (unknown to me) had also made plans and booked a hotel 2 min drive away, but that one had no free breakfast. This hotel was completely satisfactory and is close to major highways and shopping areas.
Nice and affordable place to stay -- location was easy to find from the highway.
Kids loved pool and hot tub. Breakfast included is great for families.
It was okay. The pool was nice, not too cold. The rooms smelled real stuffy and closed-up when we opened our room.
The cable is c@!%!y but the wifi was fast.
The breakfast was decent, run-of-the-mill fare, but the line-ups for it in the morning were ridiculous. It took forever to eat breakfast Saturday and Sunday.
There is an amazing Asian restaurant across the street that has a wonderful...

will always come back here. good for the price and friendly staff.
Original booking was for a change of room after first night. Front desk (Babu) arranged for a room for both nights. Just so happened to be convenient access. SWEET. The free breakfast offer is tremendous, if you wade through the herd. I will keep with Comfort Inn.
hotel was fine but not right location for our whitby event.
The A/C was very noisy. I felt itchy in the bed. Could not sleep well for the whole night. I should have requested for another room.
Everything met my expectations; price was good, room had air conditioning, fridge (microwave, coffee maker), and there was a great breakfast the next morning. Breakfast area was a bit busy but this is not within their control. The staff were friendly; at the front desk, housekeepers, and in the lounge (working their best to continue to supply for the breakfast). Also I was able to have my two... more
Check in, quick and easy. Beds, comfortable. Pool and hot tub a pleasure. Breakfast, tasty and lots of selection. No complaints.
Good value for the price. Conveniently located right off 407 and close to our destinations while in Toronto. Hotel hallways/common areas did not have the most pleasing smell, but rooms were fine. We did have issues with our TV - most channels did not work. Pool area was great, my 4 year old had a blast. The breakfast was sub par - would highly recommend going out for breakfast as opposed to... more
The hotel was older and starting to show its age. We did not like that we could smell cigarette smoke every time we went down the hall to leave. The pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. The breakfast was just satisfactory.
it has a pool & spa and sauna, so that was fun.however, when i booked it via 0rbits, and during check-in, the guy must be new or something, doesn't what to do, or how my CC wouldn't match up with the one in system (I assumed 0rbits pay off Comfort Inn with their own CC), and then the request that I put in on 0rbits, didn't show up either, like non smoking, and need of the room with extra bed (I... more

Overall the hotel provided us all basic facilities to stay a night with very reasonable price.
Overall a good experience. Only complaint is that the pool's salt/chlorine was way too strong!
Just looking for something close by to stay for one night, regular customer
would stay again. great value! Pool area was one of the nicest and cleanest we ve ever been too. Especially for a lower cost hotel. the pool rivaled higher end hotels, if not better! Breakfast area was congested and limited on seating when we went down for breakfast...but there is always the option of bringing it back to your room...so not a huge deal in my opinion. Would definitely stay again.
Nice hotel, room could have been a bit cleaner. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, ceiling in the shower dirty. Breakfast area very small.
Very surprised no elevator for second floor. Property needs renovations.
Nice n Quiet hotel. Close drive to subway. So so breakfast. Enjoyed the cinnamon waffles the most! Good hotel. Was surprised and pleased we had a little fridge in our room. Would stay here again.
it was reasonable. good pool area. great included breakfast buffet. Got a cot for a 3rd person. The staff were nice to let my friend check in while me and our other friend were stuck in a traffic jam. Some of the other guests at the hotel were rude (i.e. the lady who pushed me out of the way of the waffle machine and then proceeded to take forever making 6 in a row) but that was not really the... more
We stayed at this hotel with 2 very young kids and had a wonderful time. We went to the zoo and wonderland which were both 20 minutes away. The hotel is close to may restaurants and shopping. The only thing if you have a young child bring a booster as they dont have any.
Overall experience was good. Stayed tor 2 nights. Check in and out process were quick, staffs were professional and friendly. Room was very clean. AC didnt work and the guy came promptly to get it checked. We didnt get to use the pool, but it looked well maintained and clean. In general, a budget motel that is worth the money.
Overall, it was a good experience except it does not have an elevator. The room we were staying is clean and comfortable. We were so tire that we almost missed the morning breakfast time. We are so appreciate that the staff tried to accommodate us. Thank you. J Kwan, Surrey B.C.
I always like the comfort inn chain i am happy I found this location
Great Chinese restaurant across the street. Kids had fun in the swimming pool.
needed a location close to IBM and this fit the bill very well. The room was clean, quiet. The free breakfast was standard fare but always well stocked. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Was MUCH better than the place we stayed at that was close to the airport.
Both of our rooms stunk so badly of smoke! So gross.
Coming back from Florida and very tired so we really needed a good night sleep. My husband used the pool and I used the hot tub and had a great night sleep. Location was excellent since I was close to my Dr's apoitment. Would go again.
Very good staff service, clean and very quiet i do not have more to add
All was fine except a large construction group appeared to be staying at the hotel and various pieces of equipment in the parking lot made it difficult to park. Other than that the hotel was just fine.
Got in too late to have supper, bought a nice hot meal for $6 from the Chinese restaurant within walking distance at the tiny strip mall right next door. Nice comfortable beds, blankets, pillows. DH didn't want to wake up in the morning, said he preferred it to our bed at home. Brought the dog (costed 15$ more per night but cheap compared to constant stressing about how he's doing while we're... more
First not entirely sure whether other reviewers knew what to expect? This is the newer "efficiency" design motel. In return for slightly lower rates -- this is Toronto, after all, one of the 10 most expensive cities in the world -- you get less staff, less personal attention, but more frills. Microwave. Fridge. Pool, sauna, whirlpool. exercise room. Free breakfast. Free Internet (more on that... more
The hotel was fine and accommodating their smoking rooms need to be aired out better we went in the storm got a room and the lingering smell of smoke was the worse room ever and I have stayed at that particular hotel more than 10 times. Upon check in discovered bathroom was dirty. Microwave never worked . Complimentary breakfast had run out of eggs and bacon at 830. When I asked attendant, she told me there was no more and to have toast. Relayed my concerns to front desk who told me I had booked thru hotels.com.
I have stayed at Comfort Inns before-one in Ottawa and one in Niagara Falls. So I was not prepared for the dreadful condition of the room. First I was sent to the wrong room. Then when I turned down the bed, the sheet looked stained. When I took the sheet to the front desk to show them the man at the man desk said "That is not a stain, the sheet is just thread bare." Do not recommend this hotel... more
The hotel was ok the pool and breakfast were good and the room was ok just didnt like how we couldnt get extra towles without a hassle!
Great experience here. Huge pool and hot tub. Comfy(but small) beds. Clean rooms. Great breakfast included. Friendly staff. No complaints.
Service was terrible! The staff treats guests as if we were irritants. Let's hope they go out of business to save us all the displeasure.
We stayed there for 3 nights with my hushand and 2 teens. The hotel is perfectly located --- 10 minutes walk to two supermarkets, 15 minutes drive to two shopping malls and 15 chain restaurants, 20 minutes drive to Toronto Downtown and Wonderland. The rooms are clean and at a reasonable price. The staff are very helpful and nice.

I stay in many hotels and this has to be one of the noisiest - there is no soundproofing - you can hear everything that is going on in other rooms and the hallways. We stayed at this property as part of a soccer week-end in Toronto, and this was the hotel chosen for the team. It seems to be their usual clientele, as there were 3 sport related groups at the property the night we were there.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days (with a split for 2 nights in the middle). The room is clean, comfortable with tea/coffee making facility. The staffs are all very friendly, helpful and courteous. They certainly made us feel welcomed. Breakfast is basic but adequate.
The room was very spacious, which was what I really needed at the time. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lack of customer service at check-in and this POOR customer service carried-on until the end of my stay.
Stayed at this hotel on June 3-5th, 2013 for the two nights, and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I feel guilty making the beds at this hotel the center of my review, as the staff went out of their way in so many other areas. If you need to stop here don't pay top price. It isn't worth the listed price. But as a cheap hotel it is sufficient.
It is definitely a blue collar stopover site for working men but not suitable for families.
It has an exceptional location to get on Hwy 407 in 2 minutes!
Noisy air conditioner. Fridge has loud hum and buzzes.
Good breakfast, small breakfast area not busy this stay; clean room; good location near restaurants and shopping.

After accepting a position with a Markham Ontario, "Canada High-Tech Capital", I stayed at the Comfort Inn Markham for two weeks. The room had all of my necessary amenities including free high speed WiFi which I used extensively. The staff was courteous and friendly. And the location was very convenient.
Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool was nice for kids. Exercise equipment broken or in need of updating. Good selection at continental breakfast. Much construction around the hotel, but easy to get to. Pillows were great, bed was a bit hard.
Would stay again at the Expedia price.
