I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given one with 2 doubles. Had to let the front desk know then I was changed to the appropriate room. Great every time

I've been to the Comfort Inn several times for business trips and they've never disappointed.
The rooms are clean, the complimentary breakfasts are decent and the service is great.
I recommend it, my only wish would be for a pool, but oh well.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and amenities at the Comfort Inn. There is bridge construction nearby, but it was not active over the weekend.

Unfortunate booking.

We required the use of a computer and printer hence the reason for booking a room. We checked on arrival about the computer and were told it was available, no issues. To our dismay, the next morning, the computer and printer were not operational. We inquired with the day clerk and was advised it has been out of service for several days!! Business trip

On arrival I found the front desk to be efficient and helpful, however she didn't seem overly friendly. When I checked out I found another person to be quite friendly but she couldn't provide a receipt for my stay because I had booked through Expedia, that I found difficult to comprehend. As far as the free breakfast, it was about what I expected, however I found the juice watered down.

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff were absolutely wonderful, in particular the young lady at check in time. Breakfast in morning was good. Hotel location was great for us. Clean, Comfortable, Friendly

My friends and I stayed here this past weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable, the room VERY clean and fresh smelling with lots of fresh towels and the service was VERY friendly! I highly reccomend this hotel for anyone staying in the Timmins area.

Spent 2 nights last weekend in Timmins with my parents.
The hotel far exceed our expectations in every sense: cleanliness, friendliness, quality of room, quality of services. Free breakfast and an ice machine were nice perks.

Newly renovated

I am a frequent visitor to Timmins and when I stayed at the Comfort Inn I was pleasantly surprised by the new renovations. The room were nicely done and as always it was very clean. The new breakfast area was nice as well. With the price being very competitive, and the cleanliness, I will definitely stay there again.

Not really

Very musty smelling. When trucks go by the hotel shakes and I was on opposite of the road. Needs better upkeep, dated and dingy.

nice if you don't mind the noisy heater

The heater was really noisy. It was great they we were exhausted from the trip that we eventually fell asleep. otherwise it was clean and cosy.

It was an one night stay prior to dropping off son for summer job as a grew supervisor for a tree planting company. Close to restaurant. Great breakfast in the morning and room was above average.

I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 years ago, and while it was quite good back then, it is a tired hotel requiring some work. I struggled with my electronic key card, and this was annoying. I found the heater/AC to be very noisyand was annoying especially at night.My key/card became iinoperative and had to be reprogrammed ( a minor annoyance). Had to be in timmins,for medical reasons. Asked for a medical rate, and they didn't have one. When we got to our room the bathroom light did not work. They switched us immediately to a new room, no questions asked. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was continental.

Hotel was fine, slept well.... Confusion on arrival as I had booked 2 rooms. Assuming they would both be in my name it took a while to figure out that the rooms were booked under 2 seperate names.... Even though I booked through Hotels.com, it appeared to staff that the room was booked by myself under Expedia.... All is well that ends well , just a head's up for next time!

A Descent Place to Stay

Spent two weeks here. The room was comfortable & clean. Most staff were pleasant.Enjoyed the fact that they have smoking rooms that don't smell like lots of stale smoke. Ususal continental breakfast. Doesn't have a guest laundry which was disappointing. Good size fridge and new Microwave.
