What comfort neans

Staff was very accommodating and understanding, we were not sure we will make it in good time so when we came to check in early morning and asked about the check out time her reply was usually it is 11 AM as u are checking in now you will probably need couple of extra hour so at least 1 Pm for u guys. So no need to ask that what I mean go to right place for such unasked services and privileges.

Great room

Very clean. had a sofa, table and chairs, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel was close to the international bridge to Port Huron, Downtown Sarnia and other shopping areas. Lake Huron beaches and the St. Clair River were also just a short drive away. Very convenient and affordable

Excellent staff and breakfast was perfect! Rooms are dated but clean. The only complaint is a lack of vent or outside air in the smoking rooms. No fans in the bathroom make for a steamy shower. Close to casino and on ramp to hiway to the USA.

There are better places

Very tired building, parking lot shows no indication of any maintenance at all. A definite odor in hallways similar to smoking and the 402 is right out front. Do not stay in front unless you like trucks. The benefits are an LCBO nearby and a great steakhouse also.

Nice warm welcome in the middle of the night

Just crossed the border from a vacation in the middle of a snowstorm and were greeted with warmth and a smile. Clean and comfortable hotel. Were told about promotion. Vanessa was wonderful :)

Everything about my stay was great except for checking in. Check in took almost 1 hour. The woman behind the desk wasn't really sure how to do it very well and there was no one else working at the time.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn for 2 nights while in the city for a course. It was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable and staff friendly. A definite plus was the breakfast. I would stay in this hotel again.

They treated our Furball Cubby like Gold!!

The Hotel was situated in a perfect spot. It had all the amenitites. And it was the first time travelling with our Dog, and they went out of their way to make sure he enjoyed his stay!

Comfortable beds

Great stay but make sure to bring an ear plug. Very noisy on the highway side of the hotel There are options to stay on the back side however and I found an ear plug was enough to block it out. I would stay again but request a room on the back side.

Don't expect much. The building hasn't been renovated in awhile and really smells of cigarettes. The room was fine. Not the cleanest....hair in the fridge! Older TV. Overall I don't feel it was worth the price.

At check-in we were met by a very thoughtful and pleasant woman. As I had not requested a fridge in advance, I asked if one would be available. She went out of her way to find us a fridge and deliver it to our room, all within minutes of check-in.

Pleasant stay overall. Rooms are tidy and clean . Bed super comfy. Wifi is good . breakfast has decent selection of pastries and bakery products. A bit off business centre but near bridge to the US. Decent furnishings with sofa and work table.
