Nothing - The house keeping maid who was at BF was very friendly and apologetic - the hotel condition was not her fault - the owners are terrible and very miserly. They are spoiling the reputation of the Comfort Inn franchise.

Our room was non smoking and the smell of smoke was very strong. It was a dirty hotel and I would never stay there again.

Stayed here 1 night while on business in Ottawa and that was more than enough time spent at this location.
I've stayed at ChoiceHotel locations all across Canada, every province and in cities I didn't know existed. This location rates at the very bottom of the scale.

The hotel needs updating+++ .The carpets in the halls are disgusting.The
breakfast was adequate.No place to sit and eat.It is set up in the main
entrance. Staff was very friendly and helpful which was the only
redeeming factor for this hotel.I Would not recommend it to anyone. As
well, there were ++ file boxes all over the main reception area.Very
unattractive.No elevator. Would not stay again.
