Great hotel for the price\n\nNope everything was good

The wifi was very bad and when I called the font desk for help they did nothing but gave me a phone number (1 888 number i.e not at the hotel) to call for wifi technical support. The manager was not understanding and very aggressive when I complained.

Book early - should get the best rooms???

As stated the room was clean but I was put in the ild section after booking well over a month in advance. The first two nights there was a ruckus next door and sleep was almost impossible. Again staff were polite. I could recommend to singles that stay out lats but not to families. Business types are a toss-up!

Better inside main building.

Had to move my room from outside to inside, as outside room had bad smell of alcohol. Seems to be party rooms, lots of baseball teams. Not a very good area for families.

Nice hotel close to golf courses

Stayed in the court yard rooms for two nights. Quite comfortable. Rooms are sizable, with two separate queen size beds with lots of space to spare. Rooms are old but clean. I would stay here again.

Did not realized that Expedia booked me a hotel room at the Courtyard instead of the main hotel..found out when I got there and after checking the room (dirty and run down) I went to the front desk and asked if I can upgrade to a better room (main hotel) and did not accommodate my request....I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Staff were great. We were put in the "Courtyard" part of the hotel. In other words, the p;d run down portion of the original hotel. Didn't even have an ice machine and had to trek to the main building to get ice. Limited electrical outlets so it was either watching TV or plug in the floor lamp.

We stayed in the courtyard part. It is older and needs upgrading. It was convenient for parking right out the door and to smoke. Had to walk around for the pool and restaurant. About a 10 drive to the falls and Clifton hill. If I wanted a cheaper place to stay I would stay there again.

We have stayed at this particular hotel 3 times before and thought it to be an excellent place. Easy access to the hotel and outlet mall

We were celebrating our 45 wedding anniversary. We stayed there before and liked our room and the area so decided to stay there again. Everything was very clean, the bathroom looked new. We liked the colour scheme. I liked the idea of the IHOP restaurant attached for a lovely breakfast.

Was a nice room, and nice hotel. But paid huge as it was Saturday of Long Holiday weekend.

This hotel met our basic needs. It was clean, and the carpets and bathroom had just had a refresh. There's no fridge. The beds are moderately comfortable with lots of pillows. The location isn't great for visiting the falls, it's a pretty far walk.

Nice looking hotel, large lobby, clean room nicely furnished, large free parking lot, a few minutes drive to the falls, next to factory outlets.
But... seriously sagging mattresses, comforter you would rather not sit on, loud fan in bathroom, foam cups with no lids for coffee in the lobby, and no breakfast.

Clean and Friendly... But....!

It's a clean, friendly place. My only issue was that the people in the room next to me were loud and kept me up. They weren't doing anything excessive, it's just that the walls are thin. I heard their conversations and tv very clearly. It was not good because I had to be up early the next morning. For that reason I will not book this property again.

Purchased a "Deal Find" package. Was not expecting too much for that deal. Cant complain. Check in was quick. Got the 3rd floor. The room was clean and the bathroom looked updated. We only had 2 issues which were not huge. When the bathroom light was on, the fan came on as well and the noise level from the fan was off the charts so we had to keep the light off. We were greeted by very friendly staff at the desk. They were helpful and pleasant to chat with. The room was very clean. The bed fairly comfortable. We did not use the pool services. Comfort Inn hotel has great swimming pool and hot top, nice and clean hotel. Rooms heating is a real problem, heater is very noisy, keeps turning on and off all night. Internet signal is very weak and inconsistant.

We had the bad luck of having a motorcycle gang for neighbors. They kept everyone from getting a good nights sleep. The hotel should have called the cops. After the first night they left and it was much quieter. We felt that the rooms were over priced for what they offered. The staff were ok and none of this is their fault. If all you want is a place to lay your head then then thats what you get.

“Very well kept and updated, felt very safe and would have liked to shop at the next door mall if time had permitted. Breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly and Knowledgeable about getting to the Falls and where to park inexpensively.”

“The hotel was undergoing expansion and renovation but it in now way interfered with our experience. For a place to stay for a night or two, this hotel exceeded our expectations. There are reasonably priced convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel provided a map of the immediate area which was very useful.”

We have visited this hotel several times previously and always found it to be a pleasant stay. The hotel is very close to Outlet Shopping Centre. “The rooms were large and clean. Not a bad experience, although it was not particularly enjoyable to have to walk through the parking lot, especially at night, to get to the rooms at the back. The biggest inconvenience was having to go to the lobby with laptop to get online, especially in pouring rain. For the money, there should be wireless internet service in all the rooms.”

“Nice location with nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, but need updated. Hotel is right next door to an outlet mall. Lots of restaurants in the immediate location of the hotel.”

“The lobby area was beautiful and the staff friendly. There was also a nice continental breakfast. The room though was not attractive, had none of the little finishing touches that most do. It was a big empty room with 2 beds. No shampoo/conditioner, 1 very small bar of soap, just a couple towels. I would not have expected this with the price I was paying.”
