The location was perfect. Close to the St Laurent mall and access to the bus depot.

Comfortable, but not splashy

This hotel is an older building with some upgrades. It was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was sufficient, but it was a crowded area.

Noisy air conditionner

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. It has been renovated and it does look good for a Comfort In. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit, which was SO LOUD it was hard to get a good nights sleep. We were in room 130.

Other than being on the same floor as a minor boys hockey team, our stay was what was expected. Comfortable bed and pull out couch, some mold in the shower but otherwise it was clean. Nice last minute hotel, clean and reasonably price

Need a hotel asap, and never had a problem with Comfort Inn hotels. Was more like a motel setting, but it was well kept and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, close to major highway

We stayed at this property for two days while visiting family in Ottawa. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in was easy. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two people. Overall we had a good experience.

Don't bother

Choice hotel network should seriously think if this location deserves to continue to be part of the chain. I stayed in many other Choice hotels and was satisfied. Not in this case. The bathroom was so dirty that I was scared to touch anything.

Not worth priced Paid

This was not a great experience and there were other guests complaining about the conditions of the bathrooms. This is definitely not worth the price paid and I believe I should get a refund.

If traveling with pets, it Ok!

It is the kind of place you won't repeat, but is at least the only place close to Ottawa's downtown to travel with pets, and that is the only reason why we chose it. After all, is only an Inn, but could be a bit better.

Nicely renovated property if you are looking for an inexpensive hotel

I am not sure how to rate this hotel as it is probably a three star property but I would say they did a fabulous job in that category. It is not the Hilton, there is not room service but that is not what they strive to be.

Just Nasty

Things were just dirty. In need of updating and repair. We had a non-smoking room and it smelt like a smoking room. Climate control didn't work in the room and the tub leaks water. Never again will I stay there!

Nice sized room. Very clean. The rooms are quiet. Would definitely consider using this hotel again. 2 minor issues. No bottle opener, & the diverter for the shower leaks & should be replaced.

Good location off Queensway. Delivers what you expect - happy with hotel. Good hotel on a budget - breakfast simple but adequate. Pariking free. Next to St. Laurent shopping mall so you can shop and be back in hotel in 5 minutes.

Would stay again

Staff is very friendly. Beware that some rooms are smoking. Even if you get a non-smoking room, the smoking rooms are right across the hall. The room was clean and comfy. The only complaint about the room is that the temperature is hard to control. Good location, right next to restaurants and St Laurent Shopping Centre.
