Comfort Inn - Moncton

Clean room, quiet with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pillows kind of hurt my neck, but that could have just been the way I slept. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel with Renovations

Everything was awesome for the room. The breakfast need to be improved, very stale muffins and the eggs and sausages were in a seperate room that was being supervised. I am sure people are able to serve themselves.

Very pleased with the stay, good facilities and the staff kind and helpful, though I feel the price was a little on the high side.

The rooms were nicely renovated and clean but the mattress was uncomfortable and tried. The room was not ready on time even after stopping by twice. The breakfast area was too small to accommodate the size of hotel.

This is your standard side of the road hotel. Nothing special. Breakfast looked like a joke. Guy working alone at the desk during check in was overwhelmed. Had a nice giant sign which read hiring cleaning staff... never a great thing to see.. they need more staff period and a better breakfast. Other than that it was fine.

Stay worth every penny spent!

Very clean rooms, quiet although close to the East roundabout. Close to shopping area, restaurents, downtown.

Unique Quality: Some places includes breakfast.
Here you have to pay $3.25 for toast, jam, cereal, juice. Not too much, and eat in the minuscule lobby.

Directions: Turn around the roundabout, it is located at '2h00' past an underpass.

Could not sleep part of the night because of guest on party. Called front desk 3 times and the problem was not fixe. Next door costumer tried to get them calm down but almost got in a fight. 4:00am still was screaming and bagging on doors etc. Told it to front desk but never ask me if they could refund me part of cost. Good value for the price, but the hotel does not have an elevator. A helpful staff member did carry a few of our heavy bags up the stairs as I was travelling with my baby and 65 year old mother.

The Comfort Inn is very close to the highway and close to downtown. Our room had two queen beds and were comfortable. We were surprised that we could hear any noise from the traffic at night. The room had a small refrig and microwave. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. My Mom and I had a family emergency and showed up there with just the clothes on our back and they made us feel comfortable. The Inn was under renovations, (thats the only reason why I rate the condition/maintenance of the hotel a 3 otherwise would rate it higher) but as we only stayed the one night this was not intrusive in any way. We were very satisfied with our stay. They were renovating some rooms but the corridors were kept clean and neat. The breakfast was good and had a variety of foods.

The hotel was under renovations, which we were not advised. The room was supposed to be for 4 people with 2 queen beds, the problem was that that's all there was room for. Our family had two rooms, with an interconnecting door. 2 queen beds in each room. Lots of space. Very clean. Breakfast dining area could've been larger, but they did offer a 2nd room for overflow guests to use for dining. Constant replenishing of food. A 40-minute drive to the Hopewell Rocks.

I flew in Moncton very late, so the night was short. I arrived at 1:30 AM and there was somebody at the counter. Check In was smooth and fast. Like any other Comfort Inn, everything was OK. Clean and spacious room. Sleep was excellent. I did not have breakfast.

Outdated and not very clean

We travel a lot and stayed in many Comfort Inn hotels, but this one was a huge dissapointment. Our room smelled bad, coverlet had coffee stains, bathroom was not cleaned properly. The hotel itself needs to be updated.

Comfort Inn Hotels are getting expensive

We stayed one night at the Comfort Inn in Moncton East and we found it very expensive for the quality of the room. No closet (just a rack to hang your clothes), the beds are so-so and the furniture in the room is so crowded, you can hardly move.

Had a bad experience at another hotel in the area and the staff here were so nice and sympathetic. I was tavelling with my 85 yr old Grandmoter & they went out of their way for us to ensure we were on the bottom floor with adequate parking.
