Comfort Inn East, a pet friendly Moncton NB hotel, offers free breakfast and free high-speed Internet in all rooms. This hotel is near Champlain Place Mall and Crystal Palace Amusement Park
Clean room, quiet with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pillows kind of hurt my neck, but that could have just been the way I slept. Would definitely stay there again.
It was great. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
Everything was awesome for the room. The breakfast need to be improved, very stale muffins and the eggs and sausages were in a seperate room that was being supervised. I am sure people are able to serve themselves.
Very pleased with the stay, good facilities and the staff kind and helpful, though I feel the price was a little on the high side.
It was a typical Comfort Inn, room had a fridge and microwave
The rooms were nicely renovated and clean but the mattress was uncomfortable and tried. The room was not ready on time even after stopping by twice. The breakfast area was too small to accommodate the size of hotel.
This was a great highway stop. The hotel seemed like new and was very clean and comfortable. The AC was very good and was quiet. This was on a very hot day. The WiFi was excellent. This was one of the best breakfasts considering it was included. There are dozens of places to eat in walking distance. Across the road... more
This is your standard side of the road hotel. Nothing special. Breakfast looked like a joke. Guy working alone at the desk during check in was overwhelmed. Had a nice giant sign which read hiring cleaning staff... never a great thing to see.. they need more staff period and a better breakfast. Other than that it was fine.
No complaints. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was typical Comfort Inn, nothing special but good.
I had not stayed at a Comfort Inn for quite some time so did not know what to expect, but this motel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms were very clean, the bathroom was new and spotless and the staff very friendly.
I have been waiting for a week for their deposit to reverse on my room (no damage to the room), the wifi sucked, breakfast wasn't that great, the beds were not that comf
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and loved it), but recently I have found that it is too noisy to be able to have a comfortable stay. The beds I have had recently are very hard, and the doors slamming in the hallways on a constant basis makes staying there unbearable. I don't know exactly what has caused the change from seeming quiet to loud and cavernous. I asked for a room... more
I stay at the Comfort Inn when I'm in Moncton, and it's always a clean, conveniently located stay. There is no restaurant or pool, but it meets my needs when I'm in town, and is a cost-effective option! Staff is always great too!
I was really impressed with my recent stay in the newly renovated Comfort Inn East. The guest...

I did enjoy my stay, the staff were great, location was good and the price was right.
We picked this hotel because we wanted something affordable that offered free breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. They had oatmeal packages, yogourt, boiled eggs, toasts, bagels, English muffins, a waffle machine, and they offered one egg/meat choice that changed every morning (omelette/bacon, cheese omelette/sausage, egg patty/sausage patty). It did the... more
the staff are polite and the breakfast area was great , room are clean .we are please with the service.
Initially sent to a room that had not yet been made up by hskping, AC unit in 2nd room very loud and did not cool room so slept hot!!!
I love the location of the hotel -- diagonally across from Crystal Palace Amusement Park and the Champlain Mall. Hotel was newly renovated and the beds were so comfy. Nice big flat screen tv too.
Although I am a bit spoiled staying in reasonably priced, although well-used "budget" hotels such as the Comfort Inns in the United States, my wallet is a bit shell-shocked when I cross the border.
Bad winter weather at the end of the day led me to this place and the sign said "100% Renovated" which seemed to be a good...

Very good. Room was clean with plenty of space. Comfortable bed.
good price, comfortable, easy check in with helpful staff. stayed 2 nights, good for a business traveler.
The Hotel room was clean except a juice box straw on the ground next to our bed. The room was nice, did not smell like smoke like some reviews suggested. The bed was hard, I could not sleep well at all because of this although my wife slept fine. No pool, no restaurants, no bar... This hotel is fine but... more
You're obviously thinking of the Comfort Inn before their recent renovations and thinking "WHAT?!?" They definitely stepped it up with their recent successful renovations. Been there quite a few times before due to the location and price, but now, I expect to go there even more. The rooms are lovely and well appointed...they have a free warm breakfast and the... more
As I had my wife with me and we had stayed at the Comfort Inn in Bayers Lake Halifax and in the bathroom was a small mirror to put makeup on etc...would be nice to see this in the bathroom's if at all possible, other then that all was really good, the bed and pillows are really comfy... more
Very clean rooms, quiet although close to the East roundabout. Close to shopping area, restaurents, downtown.
Unique Quality: Some places includes breakfast.
Here you have to pay $3.25 for toast, jam, cereal, juice. Not too much, and eat in the minuscule lobby.
Directions: Turn around the roundabout, it is located at '2h00' past an underpass.
Could not sleep part of the night because of guest on party. Called front desk 3 times and the problem was not fixe. Next door costumer tried to get them calm down but almost got in a fight. 4:00am still was screaming and bagging on doors etc. Told it to front desk but never ask me if they could refund me part of cost. Very not satisfied of the way this situation was taken care of.
It was really good experience except I don't care for the quality of the breakfast. The "cook" suggested eggs and sausage. I said ok. I did a quarter turn away and BAM!! The scrambled eggs and sausage served!! Immediately I thought this has been sitting there. Sure enough, fake eggs, artificial sausage paty. But the room was stellar only would have loved a pillowed topper on the bed, or a... more
Hotels need to have elevators when there are multiple floors. Carrying our heavy luggage up (and down) the stairs is not fun. Continental breakfast provided, they even have a waffle maker. No amenities though which is unfortunate considering all the other hotels in the area have big signs saying they have. Nonetheless, we did have a pleasure stay here. It... more
exactly what I was looking for with the comfort of home
Very clean and comfortable.
The hotel rooms were recently renovated and are comfortable but with a very firm bed. We will stay again and recommend this hotel.
The lobby and rooms looked recently updated. However, there was dust in the room. In particular there was a thick layer of dust on the heat registers. Also there is no elevator, if you stay on the second floor be prepared to drag your suitcases up the stairs! The front desk staff forgot to time order the taxi I requested which was inconvenient for me at 5:45am. People only request taxis at this... more
We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated property. The staff at this property are wonderful. The great thing about this property is that its close to the highway and not right down town and very close to the Casino.

The Comfort Inn is very close to the highway and close to downtown. Our room had two queen beds and were comfortable. We were surprised that we could hear any noise from the traffic at night. The room had a small refrig and microwave. We enjoyed our stay.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. My Mom and I had a family emergency and showed up there with just the clothes on our back and they made us feel comfortable. The accomodated us in any way they could. Each staff member I met was excellent. The rooms are a little old but they are under renovation. I almost need to go back to see the new breakfast room and rent one of the renovated... more
We stayed 1 night in this Comfort Inn which has recently been renovated. The hotel smells fresh and new inside! We were very impressed - you can tell that the carpets and bedding are all new. This Comfort Inn is typical of its price point, which lies between the true budget category and the fancier business class hotels. They're finishing up a renovation and the room I had was very nicely turned out. Good quality bed and fixtures, and a nice, small refrigerator and microwave. The service in this hotel was exceptionally good, very friendly, helpful,... more
We stayed in Moncton as a stopover on our trip home. The hotel location was great, right off the highway and close to the city. We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms - which looked recently updated as the hotel was 'under renovations'.Unfortunately we didn't know this beforehand, and as nice as the room was, after a long day we got no sleep at all, as we could... more
Comfort and a great sleep. What every hotel should offer. The Comfort Inn had very a great mattress/pillow combination which meant a great night's sleep, which was why we were there in the first place. The staff were helpful, the continental breakfast, including eggs was a nice bonus and excellent coffee, both in the room and at the counter. The room was clean, but the neighbours were noisy,... more
The Inn was under renovations, (thats the only reason why I rate the condition/maintenance of the hotel a 3 otherwise would rate it higher) but as we only stayed the one night this was not intrusive in any way. The location was convenient, the room clean & comfortable, and the front desk staff very helpful.
Nice new room very comfortable bed, close to stores and mall, staff very helpful. My wife had a problem and had to good to the local hospital at midnight, I believe the staff name was Karly or Kara see quickly got a map and direction to the hospital for us, plus we had a late check out the next day... more
We were very satisfied with our stay. They were renovating some rooms but the corridors were kept clean and neat. The breakfast was good and had a variety of foods.
Somewhere it should be noted that there is renovation going on. Carpets were dirty in the hallway. Inside the so called renovated rooms still seemed like old carpet. I pointed this out to management. Looks like rates vary due to this. All rooms are pet friendly. This is kind if odd for those that do not have pets. Moderate hotel... more
I stay here just one night and one day..not very faraway from airport...near a mall area...just the breackfast room is too little for all guests...but they are renovating during my visit..so..next..must be better.
We stayed at this property in June of this year as an overnight on our way home to Ontario. The room was spacious, very clean, beds comfortable and there was a microwave and fridge as well. Although this hotel is being renovated, one would never know it. There was no interruptions at all. The un-renovated room that we were in was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was under renovations, which we were not advised. The room was supposed to be for 4 people with 2 queen beds, the problem was that that's all there was room for. We had to put suitcases on chairs and the table. Also you could touch the person in the next bed. It was like giant furniture in a dollhouse, Would not recommend.
I had the chance to stay at this hotel, Very convenient location and the staff are great. Our stay at the Confort Inn in Moncton was great. The location of the motel was A1, the service was second to none. The staff were polite and very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay at this motel again and would gladly recommend it to my friends.
Our stay here was functional in purpose, just a place to stay while in Moncton. The staff without exception went out of their way to make this a personal, warm, welcoming place to stay. Words can't express how much this meant to us, while visiting at a difficult family time.

We arrived after midnight and the person on staff was very helpful. We had just picked a rental and assumed that the car lights would go off eventually but casually mentioned it to the receptionist. Well they did not go off and we would never have known had she not called us.
Booked a room at the Comfort Inn East, only because it was the closest hotel to the Moncton airport that wasn't sold out and we needed to get up very early the next morning to catch our flight. I wouldn't stay there again. First impression got off to a bad start. As soon as we walked through the front entrance we were greeted with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Definitely a good value. Book on hotwire, save over $10 and it's the best deal in town. The rooms were extremely clean, well furnished and modern; the place looks like new. Smelled a bit like smoke, but stag was very nice. The room was a big old and smelled like smoke, but it was good enough for what we paid on peak season $90/night. Might stay again for better price. Breakfast was pleasant.
Our family had two rooms, with an interconnecting door. 2 queen beds in each room. Lots of space. Very clean. Breakfast dining area could've been larger, but they did offer a 2nd room for overflow guests to use for dining. Constant replenishing of food. A 40-minute drive to the Hopewell Rocks.
i have stayed at many Comfort Inns, but I regret this one. It reminded me of an Econo lodge, which I view as two steps lower. This property appears to be a converted "Journey's End Motel".

We travel a lot and stayed in many Comfort Inn hotels, but this one was a huge dissapointment. Our room smelled bad, coverlet had coffee stains, bathroom was not cleaned properly. The hotel itself needs to be updated.
We stayed one night at the Comfort Inn in Moncton East and we found it very expensive for the quality of the room. No closet (just a rack to hang your clothes), the beds are so-so and the furniture in the room is so crowded, you can hardly move.

Stayed on a Sat. night. Have feature where can have late checkout on Sunday - should have been warning. Walls must be paper thin - heard conversation from nearby room until 3 am. Breakfast "room" was closet sized with only space for 8 to sit in same space as the food.
