Execellent choix

Les lits très confortables et le ménage bien fait à tout les jours, Le personnel ne parle qu'en anglais, mais il fait un effort pour comprendre et se faire comprendre auprès des francophones. Les gaufres étaient un pur délices. Le déjeuner chaud tout les matins, c'est un gros plus. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Accueil froid et nous avons dû faire un long parcours inutile pour entrer nos bagages une des portes arrières étant défectueuse. Pleasant, short stay

Only in town for a night, but my partner and I certainly found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, good showers and a reasonably convenient location. Not a five-star resort, of course, but this is an excellent place to stay for the nightly rate. Recommended to anyone, for sure.

The room was supposed to be for three people but it was just a single room with 2 beds. Very cramped and not comfortable. Advertised as recently renovated but didn't look very recent. Water in tub wouldn't turn off .

had to change rooms 3 times to get a room fit to stay in and no phone in that one. never stay in comfort again. and we travel a lot. toilet seat broke in one room..another room smelled of smoke.

Super accommodating

My plane was delayed by 5 hours, putting me at the hotel by 4:30am local time, but my reservation was honoured when, given the high tourist season, it could have been just as easily given away.

Family trip/

Average accomodations. Our room was not ready upon arrival. Moved to second room that was also not ready. Third room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking facility. Fourth (and final) room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful in making the changes. Breakfast was good with hot items available.

The hotel had everything we needed while there for a sporting tournament. We weren't lacking anything but it wasn't over the top either. Just a nice clean and comfortable room while away.

Pretty average

Supposedly this is a "recently updated" hotel, within one year according to the staff, but it is still tired and very average. The location is convenient, but then again Charlottetown is a really small city. If I were to return to PEI I would stay elsewhere.

Great Place to Stay

The hotel has done a great job with their reno's. The place looks great. The bathrooms are nice and the room was clean. There is a full breakfast which is bonus as most places only provide Continental breakfast in the mornings.

A surprise

Great hotel Clean, everyone was helpful We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. A little far from the town centre only draw back. Plenty to eat for the free breakfast. Two thumbs up. You can always do well with a Hampton.

Comfortable and Clean!

We stayed for three nights at this hotel, and were very pleased with the cleanliness of all of the rooms and the breakfast room as well. Staff was particularly helpful.

Very good hotel near U PEI with friendly staff

Friendly staff, clean, decent breakfast with waffles, eggs. Pretty big fridge but no freezer section or microwave. Good wifi, shower. Altogether, feels pretty new. Close to McDonalds and Tim Hortons.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was not great but we were on the first floor, which allowed us to sit outside. Good breakfast. Overall, good stay.

Late Arrival

Welcomed to the hotel upon a very late arrival. Staff and hot continental breakfast were great. Only problems were a very warm room (easily fixed once we figured out the combination heater and air conditioner unit) and not everything from the previous resident (e.g., key cards and used bathroom soap) was removed.

The Comfort Inn was very easy to locate for two people who had never been to PEI before! The beds were totally comfortable and I was relieved that the nonsmoking room really didn't have any trace of cigarette smoke (unlike in a lot of hotels). We were able to get to Charlottetown and all over the Island very easily from our hotel.

Normally we choose comfort Inns becasue of the price and the asccomodations are excellent.

we were on the ground floor and when you walked in the room there was a very musty damp smell that just didn't go away. The carpet looked clean but felt damp if you walked in bare feet. It was under renovation which we did not know prior to arrival. The
breakfast room was a hotel room with limited selection. You blew a
circuit breaker if you tried to use the toaster, microwave. Staff was

We were in a nonsmoking room and it was decent but we were upstairs and almost needed a gas mask to get from the first floor up the stairwell thru the ash tray smell.

Hotel was under renovations and there was no lobby.Would have liked to know ahead of time. There was an odor perhaps something being sprayed to cover up construction smells; there was no breakfast area but they did try to setup something in a room but was too crowded and were unable even to get in

enjoyed my stay. inn was still going under some renovations so few glitches with phone etc but nothing major. the clerk who worked friday and saturday evening was very pleasant and profeesional and made a big difference in my staying experience

the motel was under going a remodel and unfortunately the hotel was in various stages of completion. Breakfast room only had 6 chairs and 3 very small tables so sitting for breakfast on some days was not an option. The staff were very apologetic and helpful but management or ownership should not expect to charge same rates during construction.

Great place to stay. Not far from anything. Well kept. Only drawback was no fridge in the room. But we just ice. We made it work.

Quiet and comfortable

We only stayed one night, but found the room clean, the bed comfortable, and the night quiet. This was just what we were looking for. My only issue isn't about the hotel, but the event we were attending was downtown and University Avenue is a nightmare.

Drive up. What drive up?

We paid for a drive up and there was no space by our room. We had to park in the front. And also the side door was lock and had to use the front entrance. Which would have not been a problem if we hadn't paid extra.

Friendly service

I arrived at the hotel with three bags and there was no elevator. On both check in and check out, one of the staff volunteered to help me move the bags. I could not believe how friendly and helpful the people were.
