Good quality, stayed here for work

Comfortable room, nice beds with pillow selection (soft vs firm). The hotel doesn't have many frills, but it does offer a pleasant experience with all the essentials in place.

Standard three star hotel.

The only problems we had were that we were placed on the second floor next to the shaft elevator. It was very noisy and my spouse couldn't sleep. The elevator begun to operate very early in the morning and through late at night.

Comfortable indeed!

So far, one of the best hotels i've ever stayed at. Had a good night sleep just before hitting the road again the following day. Friendly and truly dedicatef staff, from the front desk to kitchen and housekeeping... Thumbs up!!!

We stayed there for 2 nights, the breakfast was good, staff was courteous, parking was good.
It is close to all locations and rooms are good.
The only issue i faced was that the bath tub was not slanted properly hence the water stayed in the tub after every shower.The in room coffee supplies was inadequate.

Stayed for two nights july 2014, house keeping didnt clean the room, there was a very bad smell in the room,the fridge didn't work, there are two lifts one didnt work at all and the other was temperamental and there was alcohol boxes in the middle of the hallway,I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Comfy beds

Just a quick overnight stay but the rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The pool and water slide looked fun but we never used it. Kind of a sketchy area of Calgary but it was close to many amenities.

We checked in and when we opened the door to our room we found the room still not cleaned. We called the front desk, and then we were asked to wait downstairs till the room was made ready. We said no, we wanted a new room. There was not enough towels provided. The complimentary breakfast was not very good. The fruit looked old, the juice wasn't cold. The hair dryer didn't work.

It's fine

The only complaint I have is the amount of chlorine in the pool - it bleached out my favourite swim suit!!! Not happy about that, but otherwise the hotel was fine.

Good hotel for shopping!

This hotel is basic but clean. The best part is it is a 5 minute drive from the Chinook Mall. Staff was helpful with service, directions to other locations and with recommendations for restaurants. Our kids liked the water slide too. We would definetly stay here again.

We stayed at this Comfort Inn during the Calgary Stampede. It's about 1.5 blocks away from the train station, and 2 train stops away from the stampede grounds & Saddledome. This hotel exceeded our expectations! For the price we paid we were pleasantly surprised in many ways. Very courteous front desk staff and morning breakfast workers, extremely clean rooms and lobby and very close to Stampede Park whcich made it a great place to stay when we came to the Calgary Stampede.

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 16 month old. The location of the hotel is on a busy street so it's not very walkable, not a problem for us as we were driving everywhere. The name of the hotel may indicate just another average hotel/motel, but I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a suite online as the price was not all that much higher than an ordinary room. I booked my hotel online and when I got to the hotel the staff was very unwelcoming and stated several times that "I booked online". I would NEVER stay here again, wasn't a nice hotel, they charged me extra for having a standard two queen room, and the staff was absolutely horrible!

Extremely Good Value

Not many hotels would deserve 5 stars in all categories, but in my opinion this one does. Good facility, good value for the price

Escellent. The staff was most helpful and friendly. If it had been closer to downtown would have been a plus, but it was only a $20 cab ride there and they arranged the appointment with the cab company. Breakfast was fine, for the price.

If you like 80's motels you'll love this one

The motel is dated badly but does have some bonuses. The bathrooms are badly dated and need to be upgraded and the ac is a 'loud' window fixture. I've had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Comfort Inn and Suites for couple of times, both for business. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is great and the location is close to pretty much whatever you need. They have set the bar very high in my opinion, but still continue to impress!

Great Stay

Came to Calgary for the car show. Hotel is located close to stampede grounds. The breakfast is awesome with eggs and bacon. It was also nice to get the newspaper in the morning. The staff is great and accommodated a late check out at no charge.

5 Nights Comfort Inn McLeod

have stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites on McLeod several times and have always been satisfied.Rooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast is well attended to. Rooms are currently being renovated. Suites come with both microwave and fridge which are very convenient when staying for a few days.

I hve travelled a lot and stayed in some of the best hotels. I'm tired of the overpriced hotels.
This place has reasomable rates, the beds are fine, the rooms clean. Bonus, is that there is a Hooters restaurant across the street - No driving required.

This is an average hotel all the way around. The room was clean and the service was fine. When I stepped out of the elevator to the second floor there was a "cover up" fragrance smell. Not too much within walking distance. There is a Mall, Chinook, I think, in very close driving distance.

The absolute best thing about this spot is that it is very clean and they provide a complimentary breakfast. The surrounding area is terrible, unless you love Hooters (they are directly across the street) and there is no where to get a meal. There is no room service. I would not go there again.
