Ok Hotel for the price.

I felt the cleaning could be improved. Tub and toilet seat was unclean as well as the carpet in places. Mattress was well worn and should be replaced or at least rotated and flipped. First seven channels on the the TV were snowy and difficult to view. Difficult to get luggage up and down the stairs. Should have an elevator.

Good value, Great location

This is a clean, quiet, very well priced hotel. It is not a luxury hotel but it is very acceptable for a shopping trip or Winnipeg stay over for the average person or family. There is no pool or anything but after a long days shopping that wasn't a big deal to us. It is very near the airport and right in the heart of a massive shopping and restaurant area. I nice breakfast was included.

Nice clean Hotel

The only thing to complain about was that it took a long time to heat the room, the room was clean nice staff.As soon as it was warm enough it felt good.

the room was clean but could tell they had pets in there before it had a slight dog smell,my issue with comfort inn is that its 2014 and they still dont have the basics in every room like a fridge and microwave ? come on comfort move into the 21 centry lol

Was very disappointed in the cleanliness of my room and the staff, besides the front counter clerk when we checked in, was very rude. Didn't have any bedding for the pullout sofa, had a "non-smoking" room however it was a renovated smoking room and you could still smell the cigarette smoke in the room. Overall not impressed

Very nice place to stay. Clean and well appointed. Extremely pleasant staff. Front desk staff particularly. We were travelling with a cat and were happy that some rooms were pet friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Easy to Access

The rooms are newly re-done and very comfortable. Our bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked, but when brought to the staffs attention, they were pleasant and apologetic offering a discount. The front desk staff upon check in was friendly and informative. I would definitely return again.

Convenient location

Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom was particularly dirty. Windows on patio doors were filthy. I clean for a living so I notice these things right away. I had to clean the bathroom before we used it. I also cleaned the windows. I found the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. I was sore on my hips when I got up in the morning.

Airport convenience at a bargain

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was more than two-star quality in all sense of the word. I found my room clean, the bed very comfortable, very quiet, all amenities I wanted or needed; shuttle and breakfast. Surrounded by far more expensive airport hotels. Cannot figure out why one would pay a lot more for the same quality I received!

Good location for airport, nice room

Asked for an early call (7am) which did not materialise. Breakfast OK but nothing exceptional. Was not told about the need to book a transfer to the airport on arrival (receptionist not over friendly), but receptionist in the morning was helpful and friendly and booked the transfer which arrived on time.

Close to shopping

We were very happy with our stay at the Comfort Inn. It was clean, very comfortable - staff were friendly - breakfast was good. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again and have recommended this Hotel to others.

this is an excellent airport hotel. stay 1 night park free for 2 weeks. amazing shuttle too and from airport always on time. it is in industrial area so very quiet for sleeping. the hot brakfast is welcome before a flight.

Perfectly fine for an overnight

Hotel staff were super, including the breakfast staff. My only caution is that there is no elevator, so if you can't carry your bags up a flight of stairs, make sure you ask for a ground floor room.

I love Comfort Inn in Winnipeg

I love it, you can stay 1 night and park for 2 weeks free, and get a shuttle to the airport, They picked you up at the door and took you to the airport, service was excellent. Coffee anytime and breakfast was great. I'm telling all my friends to stay there when travelling - to warmer places in the wintertime.

Horrible stay at this hotel. I couldnt imagine a more terrible hotel staff in all of Winnipeg. They were inexperienced (it took over 20 minutes to check me out) and in the morning they actually had me wait while they checked my room in order to get my damage deposit back. This is not how you treat business clients. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was a construction site. Suited us enough as we were only stopping in Winnipeg for 8 hours. Would have been nice to know in advance, I guess. Refurbished room was nice and complimentary breakfast a bonus.

Great staff, clean rooms

The staff was very helpful, the rooms where very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Once we arrived they where quick to accommodate our family. We travelled from B.C. and Ontario , northern Manitobia and the Manager worked hard to have our rooms close together, it was much appreciated

Wouldn't recommend it. There are some questionable stains and goop on the bedkirts. Guess I shouldn't complain too much. I decided to take a smoking room so I could be on the main floor. The smell is horrible! I don't think they've done a good cleaning of the walks and carpets for some time. I'm going out now to buy a scented candle to mask the odour.

We decided to stay here as we were flyng to Toronto the next day and it is close to the airport. We arrived early and were able to check in 2 hours early which we were pleased about. I don't believe the patio door review and why would you not lock your door. I had room 146 & it was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is 2 double beds and I prefer queen or king beds but they were sold out. I recommend this property and will stay here again

Not bad

Area is a little rough, hotel is dated but clean. Breakfast was a muffin and an english muffin but they had toast and cereal too. Not sure it was worth the $140/night, I've stayed in much nicer for less but it was ok. I would consider staying again. Staff was friendly.

Stained carpet, stained bedspread, food splatter on the walls and light switches encrusted with dirt. Usually Comfort Inns are clean but not this one!

Have stayed at this establisment many times. Stayed here because of a family funeral. Room was clean, with newer TV, clean sheets. Because of the size of the Inn, a larger breakfast area would be recommended (only 3 tables). Considering the prices of the accomodations in Wpg this seemed reasonable but think it's still too pricey.

Stayed here on our way home from a wedding. Close the airport which is nice. Only real downsides was the halls smelt of cigarette smoke, even in the non smoking sections. It was a very strong odor. I booked thru name your own price on Priceline for $53. The regular rate of $114 is much too high. This is a business traveler hotel by the airport. TVs are old style. Cleanliness and breakfast are fine. Nothing outstanding about this place, but fine for the money.

Consistant, comfortable, clean and secure hotel close to all amenities

We have stayed here quite a few times, but occasionally stay somewhere different and we keep coming back because we have never had any complaints and the free coffee and continental breakfast is a bonus.

Great location, safe with freindly and helpful staff

i liked the fact that there is a security guard on duty at nighttime. Its not that its in such a bad area but it is a nice touch. The beds are really nice and the hotel is ok but getting a bit tired. For the price i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A small hotel in Winnipeg that's nothing fancy, but for a cheap place close to the airport, it has very friendly staff and clean rooms. For the price, you can't ask for much more. “Thanks for providing the opportunity to complain. We were given 2 smoking rooms. Several family members wanted to leave after the 1st night. We all were upset. On 2nd night 5 a.m. The headboard crashed down on the sleeping children. They promised daily newspapers never came to our floor, although we saw them on the floor below.”
