Coit is great! They were friendly on the phone and came over the next day. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned the carpets in the bedrooms on all three floors which is a lot of work when there is play doh stuck in the carpets. The price was good and I was left satisfied.

Did an excellent job with cleaning blinds particularly venetian ones and getting all the dust trapped in between the seperate blinds. They were prompt and quick with completing the job.

I used this company to clean my carpets, instead of clearning them they pushed all the dirt to the sides and made them worse. They came out again to no avail, the carpets now need replaced. The person they used I believe was not experienced enough. I would not recommend them to anyone.

i thought i would have to replace my blinds. I called coit they came to my place explained how they would clean my blinds. The took down the blinds, and cleaned them excellenty and brought them back to us. They were very carefull with the blinds and did a wonderful job.

February 6, I phoned Coit at 10am and Scott arrived 2 hours later right on time. He adjusted the price since we moved the furniture and with the special of 40% off we received a Scotch guard as a present advertised on the radio. We were very happy with the price.

Contracted to steam clean our living room carpet, showed up on time, acted professional, and did a great job. Upon leaving noticed that there was a spot that appeared to be missed, called them and they came back and did a complementary cleaning during which we found out that it was a leak that had cause the stain and that it was not an oversight on their part.

The carpets the men came to clean were done properly, and the cleaning was perfect, however there were some setbacks. Coit came to service our furnace & clean the ducts. After the furnace was serviced it broke down, and we were left without heat in the winter for 1 full week. They did correct the issue, but not soon enough. We were later given a gift card for carpet cleaning in lieu of our situation. This might have been a one-off situation, but either way it was a bad experience for us.

Yikes - a paint stain in a very high traffic area. Many home remedies were tried but non worked. Eventually my husband and I contacted Coit. Coit arrived on time and did a good job. We were happy to see - or not see- the stain! The rest of the carpets were cleaned well. We recommend this company. Their staff were friendly and professional.

I had a particular stain that needed attention. An individual came over to "quote" a price and threw in a "free" stain guard application. When that actual cleaners arrived, they were unable to remove the stain and the stain guard that was promised, was never applied!
