Since buying our 2011 Ford Focus all of our servicing needs have been met. We bring out car in for oil change and maintenance. Dave from the service department is always kind and courteous. I will continue to bring our car into costal ford for servicing.

I just called looking to buy a jack that I thought was missing, and the parts desk basically walked me through, patiently, and I found my jack. Super simple. 5 minute conversation. Just helpful, friendly and exactly what I needed. Better than I've had from other dealerships that's for sure!

The service manager, I'm sure his name was Steve, was unprofessional, rude and uninviting. He didn't see me as a customer he saw me as a dollar sign. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus from Liz who is fabulous. My Mom at the same time bought a Ford Escape. Liz was really great she didn't pressure either of us she was genuine and very kind. They listened to what I wanted in my next car and while they did show me what they had (which is their job), they did track down my "dream" car for me at a dealer in the interior and brought it in for me. They didn't try to push me into the extra undercoating/scotchguarding and such.

I can't stand this place. I've had a Windstar for 11 years and took it to this repair shop many times. The greasy, sleazy, lying customer reps will tell you one thing and when the bill comes to double what you've been quoted, they send the manager to get rid of you (well, to intimidate you, not to have you iced!).
