I visited the Chartreuse Restaurant for lunch with friends. The environment was pleasant and the service was friendly and helpful. The menu was varied and interesting and the food was excellent.
A bunch of us were here on a recommendation from a friend in Markham. He did not disappoint; the food was all uniformly amazing and the service was awesome. The fact that it seemed like a converted house made it feel more homey and added to the atmosphere of a country restaurant.

We held our son's rehearsal dinner at Charteuse. We had a set menu consisting of three choices for our guests - salmon, chicken or vegetarian lasagna. All were excellent. Our guests were all pleased with their dinners. The creme brûlée was my favorite. Excellent service (we were a group of 25). Will be back again!
My friend and I had Sunday brunch here. The waiters were rude to us, and the other clients. The omelettes were dry and over cooked.
