I have been here a few times, and although the food is good, and service is fair, a few improvements could be made. The lighting I really bright, and change in decor could make the ambiance a bit better. Service is good however no one smiles.
Small restaurant in a strip mall. Caribbean food was very good. Great fried chicken and curried chicken. Will definetely go back.
Ordered from CTT for a company Caribbean Luncheon. The food was a great hit! All the meat dishes were tasty and juicy. We ordered best sellers: Jerk chicken, Ox Tail and Curried Coat along with some Stew Chicken. Very generous portions of black bean rice and the tastiest fried plantains. Beef and Vegetarian patties were a crowd pleaser. Nothing was... plus
We recently ate here with our family. The food was good. The service was excellent. More take out clients than eat in. The room is too bright for relaxed dining. The goat stew was tasty but had many bones. The Jerk chicken was also full of bones. if you don't want to have to spit out bones I suggest the beef... plus
A bright clean restaurant with really good Jamacan food. We sampled the jerk chicken, king fish and vegetarian platter with salt fish.
Presentation was good and the food was fresh and nicely spiced. The homemade hot sauce on the table added a nice kick as well.
Although I was introduced to this restaurant, during a business trip in Ontario, it's a dangerous thing that this 'little piece of Heaven' is next door to my home....and as for 'When did you visit? I have become part of the utensils...Man alive, anything/anyone I know on two legs with a working digestive system, I steer them to 'Tasty Treats'... plus
I happened to drive past this restaurant last week & decided to stop in to pick up some lunch. I ordered a chicken roti to go and asked for it to be spicy. I thought it was a tad pricey at $9.50 but was it worth it!! It was delicious, chockful of toothsome chunks of fantastic curried chicken, potatoes and... plus
We went on a Sunday for our regular lunch out, and we will be back again.
The food was great! I had a mixed curry plate (beef and chicken) both were just the right spicy for me. They came with plantains (which I would go back for anytime!) and a small salad. My hubby had a roti and a great...

What a great place to taste authentic homemade Jamaican food! No kidding the Chefs are Jamaican.....so is André (the owner) who serves you at your table......Imagine enjoying Jerk chicken and a Red Stripe beer without being in Jamaica, but rather in the West Island of Montreal.
If you like to eat patty, yes those flaky crusts filled with chicken, beef...

Excellent family-run restaurant.
First surprise in the menu: most dishes are offered in two sizes. I had the smaller portion of jerk chicken, served with rice and peas, fried plantain and salad. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the serving was ample for me.
My companion had the ackee and saltfish, a rare treat in Montreal, and he...

We were three people and each had something different. The salt fish and ackee was superb, as was the fricasee (stewed) snapper. I had the mixed plate with oxtail and curried chicken - you get a choice of two. The oxtail was fabulous and the curried chicken was very good, although I prefer curried chicken to be on the bone.... plus
