The atmosphere of the store was atrocious. There was missing merchandise on certain displays and when there was an item on display, the item was not charged (tablet). As well, it did not turn on.

A staff member did help me with finding what I needed, however, he used fowl language when describing his experience with the product.

Long wait to get people before getting the staff. They even had an empty booth just people taking lunch willy nilly.

Also they stroll have that stupid draconian price match rule that says they do not price match web only. We have to buy it online before picking it up. Stupid stupid.

Generally speaking, you should only be going to this location for the wide range of products on display, rather than getting service, knowledge and insight on their items.
That is by far the only reason, why you would go to CC markham rather than NCIX.

Stay away from this place. I would not have given this place even a 1 star. I bought a computer today and had to return it within 2 hours. When I opened the outer box, I noticed the seal on the inside box was already broken, so I know for sure somebody had returned it earlier. I was not very happy about that. I called canada computers late October and told them what was wrong with my computer and they told me, 3 days they'll have the parts in and I could get it repaired on the 4th day. I purchased supplies for my business weekly from this store and I am quite happy with the their sales staff. The prices are fantastic as well and price levels are quite competitive.

Very poor customer service. It's hard to find what you need and sales rep or workers on the floor seem to dodge you. If it wasn't so close to my work I wouldn't go there.

Prices are the same as NCIX but rude staff. Ask a question and they will mumble you an answer. Will keep trying to sell you the extended warranty even when you say you don't want it.

Go to NCIX down the road, they will price match and friendlier staff.

This place is huge and can be intimidating for the non computer geeks - that's me! I don't know a lot about computers but asked a friend what I needed so I was prepared.

Anyone else remember this location once upon a time was White Rose? Probably not.

Now it is one huge computer and accessory store and they also have televisions in the back, but I didn't go back to take a closer look during this visit. This location still has the "new store smell". Worth checking out, they're prices are definitely on par, and better in some cases.
