Business trip

Staff and on site dining were great. Shopping and movies nearby but road construction and traffic made it seem farther than it was. Requiring a bracelet to use the pool area seemed a little silly. Wifi was fast enough although it got old having to re-login every time I got back to hotel. All in all it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

Kids enjoyed pool, but I got no sleep

I recently stayed at this hotel, in a room on the 4th floor, carpets were stained, found hairs in the bathtub. Hotel staff were rude, pulled back sheets in both beds one bed had hairs all over in the sheets and reeked, the other bed I had found a BED BUG! I am so horrified that this room was so digusting. Absolutely horrible

This hotel is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It smells like cigarette smoke in every room. You can hear every conversation in every room. If you have an outside facing room all you can hear is the party going on.

Pool party for my kids

My kids love the pool. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating! We travel in from baker lake frequently and Canad inns polo park is the only place we will stay at, it just feels like home. We love aalto's buffets and the shuttle takes us to do our shopping.

Perfect location

Arrived earlier than expected and were accommodated with our room early. Friendly, helpful staff ready to answer our questions. Grandson loved the water slide. Easy access to and from Airport and to downtown sites, walking distance to great shopping, restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

If your looking for a good night's sleep do not stay at this hotel. It should not matter that the hotel caters to families, wedding receptions, or sports groups. Management should enforce the 'no-noise' policy that is clearly posted by the elevators i.e. Between 11:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m., there shall be no noise.

Very nice place, stayed for 21 days while working there. The only issue was that our floor was BAD with football player noise at 4am - sleeps ALWAYS interrupted. BUT The place was like home, staff took time to learn our names and what we like.

The staff at the front desk and managment went above and beyond when they learned of a problem with our initial room, We were ungraded to a beautiful room, with jacuzzi tub. We had late check out and they were so easy to talk to, very professional, They prevented what could have been a disaster. I am very pleased.
