We've used the services of Cambie Plumbing for years, but in the past year or so they seem to have completely dropped the ball. They don't turn up or they come with the wrong part or they don't return our phone calls. With reluctance I've turned to another plumber.

I called them to conduct an estimate. When they arrived, the plumber said he had trouble finding the place and couldn't get in touch with me by phone. We identified they had incorrectly taken down my phone number.

Great experience with Cambie Plumbing. Called in 2 days ago with a leaking sink. They had someone here in less than an hour. Ordered the parts and had our sink replaced for the next day. Price was fair and the two different staff they sent in were friendly. Will be using them for any future issues.

Staff is pleasant and quiet helpful, They can send you an inspector to tell you what he thinks free of charge which is great. Their rates are very good too however their staff quality of work is highly inconsistent!! So its quiet risky to use them at times.
