Always Excellent

We love this hotel! The pool is nice and deep. The rooms are always clean and it is so convenient to have the Tim Hortons right there and right accross the street from the mall. We have stayed there before and we will for sure stay there again.

Great sleep

This place has the best beds. I have already purchased pillows from them and thinking of getting the same bed. Service was great. Reception fast and very pleasant to deal with. They were very helpful and courteous.

Excellent and comfortable

Comfortable stay, rooms and amenities excellent. Rooms not incredibly soundproof is the only negative point of the stay. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide and pool, and it was really handy to have both a restaurant and Tim Hortons on-site. Mall across the way is great.

Great waterslide

This hotel had good service, and an average-good restaurant, but the pool was the best part! My 7 year old loved the waterslide and it was a salt-water pool, so no yucky chlorine. I quite enjoyed the hot tub!

really liked the location had the pool to dip in and a timmys attached coffee in room not very good but the tim hortons made up for that pool was noisy in the mornings depending on the room everything else is nice and the staff were nice and helpful I would stay here again no problems

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel, great staff and nicely decorated & clean rooms. Perfect location to attend events at Rexall Place or the stadium only a 10 min cab ride. Not to far from West Edmonton mall if you dont mind driving 15 minutes, very easy to get to

Quiet, clean and nice

Room was quiet like we requested, clean and spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Asked for a late check out and received it! Ordered room service, it was fast, tasty and hot! Definitely stay here again!

Convenient Hotel

I liked staying at this hotel because it was convenient for us. A mall right across the street and close to the hospital for our daughter(which is why we were in Edmonton). All the staff was extremely nice, rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfy. Good hotel to stay at for sure!

Comfortable Stay & convenience

Staff was extremely helpful & courteous. Room was clean & comfortable. There is a Tim Hortons connected to this hotel. One of the best shopping masll was like a 2 minute walk from front door of hotel.

Great Hotel

Have stayed at this hotel before and have always been very happy with my stay. The staff is polite and very helpful. Rooms are renovated and clean. Close to the mall, and good location for restaurants.

Very Satisfied

Room exceeded our expectations. Quality of TV screen was outstanding. Shower excellent. 24 hour Tim Horton's very useful; we are regulars at that franchise normally. Remember to pack a swimsuit for the hot tub. Proximity to hospital/medical services was our primary reason for booking. Proximity to good shopping centre a bonus.

Lack of security

The place is a ZOO! Drunken and noisy people running around slamming doors, swearing during late nights to early mornings. Stayed there 4 nights and only got minimal sleep. Would not go there again. I just cant believe that this kind of behavior is allowed to go on and your charged to stay there.

City Centre Inn

Excellent hotel, great staff, great location, enjoy having Tim Hortins in the same building a pool , slid and hot tub and shopping centre right across the street. I like staying at the hotel as I am always satisfied with my stay.

The rooms smelled of smoke something terrible. The breeze coming through the door was so bad we had to put the kids in the farthest bed. Comfortable and Clean

Nicely equipped rooms and very comfortable beds. The pool and waterslide was a hit with the kids and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tim Horton's attached to the hotel which was very handy. Mall across the street.

Awesome Hotel

We stayed here on the weekend. And it was a great stay! Lovely rooms, comfy beds, great tv, nice staff, pretty good parking, clean rooms, a Tim Hortons downstairs if you want to get a bite, also great room service with delicious food, also a awesome clean pool, and a great waterside. Best value for your $$ and very convenient location

I definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Edmonton. Fantastic location and great value for $$ spent. Best Western Experience

Recently I had to go to the city for medical reasons and stayed at the Best Western City Center. WOW !!! The room was excellent for myself and daughter. close to where I had to be and excellent service from all staff. Quiet rooms Terrific pool and tub.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once for the convenient location and the second time because we loved our stay so much. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quite. This hotel is located directly across from the Kingsway Mall. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool is on the small side, but is salt water and the tempture was nice. The cost of a taxi from the Airport was about $70. The Runway Cafe located in the hotel was very nice. I would reccomend this hotel.

I still prefer to stay at Best Western because I like the beds. I know that I can sleep well and I feel confident that the sheets and bedspread looked freshly laundered clean. Great Place to Stay

I was in this part of Edmonton for business for 2 nights. I was very happy with the hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Runway 29 pub was great.

Great service

The service was great. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The only complaint I had was breakfast, it was not good service and the food was not good either. I didn't know it was so hard to cook eggs.

Great hotel

Stayed at hotel while going to a concert at rexall. great accomodations minutes from rexall by cab ($15). Beds were comfortable, room was very clean. Walls are thin but it is an older hotel so kind of expected that.

Centrally located

Great little hotel, centrally located, clean, quiet, good bed, nice bedding, lots of pillow firmness choices, granite countertops in bathroom, big tub, nice personal care/bath amenities, professional, helpful, and friendly staff, free parking, free wifi, and a task desk and chair for computer work. One night stay

The room was comfortable and very clean. I found the bed a little too hard for my liking but was fine for my husband. We didn't take part in the breakfast as my husband had to fast for tests. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Did not say we couldn't take a 2 year old into the restaurant, as they told us because the restaurant served alcohol, no minors allowed. Great place to stay, good quality hotel with friendly staff. absolutely spotless rooms. City Centre is across from a mall and Tim Horton's is attached to hotel. This location is about 10 minutes from downtown business and is easily accessible. There is taxis readily available; believe the transit stops nearby.

Bed was very comfy but the pillows were horrible - too big & spongy. I could barely use them. The fan would kick in and off all night to keep temperature constant which kept waking me up. This Hotel went above and beyond for my family when no other hotel would help! Credit card wasn't working and every hotel we called or stopped in at turned us away except this place! The manager even found a play pen for my toddler late at night. Beautiful room and awesome service! Customer for life!

Everything was brilliant except the asshat that owns the place. We will never return to this BW.
