I received a promotion in the mail offering me a free $99.00 value car detailing (wash, wax etc.) if I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I booked an appointment for the car detailing and oil change. However, when I brought the car in, the service person who happened to be the service dept head, said he knew nothing about this promotion and gave me a hard time with this.
