Professional and honest service
I am a resident of Brampton who previously used. Blinds To Go for my previous blinds, however since moving to my new home I met Charlie canvassing in my area promoting Budget Blinds. I was very apprehensive about this company however after my own research and actually seeing them on TV I considered giving this company a try. Charlie came and took the measurements and the blinds were ready in two weeks. The blinds were installed by another member of the team who was very professional and clean during the installation. I can recommend this company to anyone for the following reasons. 1. The price is much cheaper than the major competitor and the same quality. 2. Professional and honest service. If you ask me would I use Budget Blinds again the answer is YES! You saved us hundreds of $$$$.

Right from the in-home consultation where the team spent a lot of time explaining the options available, to following up on desired selections, Charlie and Lucky have been very responsive throughout the process. We did shop around for other solutions, but could not find anything close to what we desired at a reasonable price. We found exactly what we wanted for our home and Budget Blinds did a great job in getting our order fulfilled ahead of time and installing it professionally without flaws. Feedback in the following categories: IN HOME CONSULTATION ,AND ESTIMATE: In Home Consultation was very good in the sense that the individuals were well spoken.Charanjit was professional,well dressed and well presented.All questions were answered with full satisfaction,and he understood what we as customers wanted.He came well prepared with all his selection of products in different varieties.He was very good at reaching a deal and making us happy. INSTALLATION:The installers were flawless.They were very polite people and very attentive to my demands.I asked that they be careful of my hardwood floors,and they did a good job at making sure not a scratch got on the floor.They were well spoken also,very polite and demonstrated anything that needed to be explained to me.They were fairly quick at installing and did it passionately.They respected the house environment,and were cautious about the surrounding in the home.VERY IMPRESSED. PRODUCT:The choice of products that they carried were good premium products.From the products i selected,the faux wood blinds,all the selections they carried were good quality products.What is the most fascinating thing is that everything is upfront about the warranty.The warranty that is included is also very impressive,giving us peace of mind. Overall,I would refer my family,friends and relatives to Charanjit due to his exceptional work.There is no negative points at all from the dealing I had with him and his installers.
