July 29, 2014Went here while spending one night in Richmond. Even though there was a big UFC fight on, the waitstaff was still able to get us a table at the bar. The pizza came out quick and was very tasty. No complaints here!

I don't eat at Boston Pizza all that often as I've had some negative experiences at some locations. But the Richmond location seems to always leave me satisfied.

It was good

We went on Sunday. I had the Chipotle Salad, wife had chicken Caesar, kids split a salad. We had no drinks. Bill was $42 for 3 salads.
Wife said the chicken on her salad smelled like poop. I loved my salad.
They had a a magician doing tricks at our table.
Wish we had tried the pizza. Place was clean...

Huge group! Amazing Service

Average at best

Pasta generally overdone, pizzas excellent but somewhat overpriced
October 20, 2012Good service, pasta and non-pizza dishes are poorly done. Pasta at our table was overdone, sent back one dish, came back still over done but marginally better - indicating this is the norm. Stick to the pizzas.

Yummy - but a bit pricey

Sports and Food Go Together—Boston Pizza

The Boston Pizza at Ackroyd has been there for as long as I can remember. I remember back in the day when there was a great special every Tuesday: half night movies and half night pizzas. This place was already crowded and it still is because it attracts a lot of the casual oncomers.

We visited this restaurant recently and as always we find the food to be same and delicious. The food fare like baked seven cheese ravioli in meat sauce was delicious. The smokey mountain spaghetti is huge and very filling and well worth it.
The restaurant is neat and clean. The waitress were very attentive. Washroom clean as usual.

Standard fare, but well done

Another chain restaurant with below average food. I had the ribs with Jack Daniels sauce.
Small portion, overpriced, the service was lousy......I did tell them I was disappointed so she comped a dessert.....but I won't eat here again for sure.

Good place for a team meal
January 04, 2012Had our whole ice hockey team plus families together for dinner. The staff really did a great job of keeping this organized, especially when it came to paying the bill. Waiters and waitresses suck at this restaurant
