This is a quiet place just off the highway, and is quite close to all of the amenities downtown Moncton has to offer. It is a bit of a drive to the Hopewell Rocks - about 45 minutes I would say. We were hoping to get an upgraded room due to our Platinum status but we checked in early and probably wasn't available.
Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Nice, clean, well-located hotel

First time staying at the best western plus moncton. The hotel is new, lovely staff, great clean rooms, nothing too fancy but very modern and clean. Pool hours were great. Staff made it wonderful, had a broken toilet and they sent someone up to fix it in less than 5 minutes. Great experience overall.

What does best western plus mean?? No fridge and tv hd quality very bad. Paid less in Drummondville and got more! Premium rates should mean premium quality! Must say I am disappointed in what I got here.

Overbooked

We reserved a room for 2 nights for a hockey tournament and they said they were all book but they had a suite available. When we arrive the day of the reservation we were told that they only booked us for 1 night. We had to get down graded to a standard room with no compensation.

Very enjoyable

We go to Moncton to shop and get away several times a year. We have always stay in the Best Western in Dieppe each time as enjoy our stay. It is well located near Highway and downtown. The service and accommodations are excellent and would recommend.

Nice overnight getaway

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. I can't comment on breakfast, I didn't get up in time to take advantage of it, I did appreciate to noon checkout rather than your usual 11am at most hotels. Overall stay was a positive experience.

Stayed 4 nights on business here in a King room with jacuzzi. Had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, clean room. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Moncton. The only issue with the whole stay is that the business center computer does not allow you to print from a USB stick.

Clean and Quiet - a Gem in the rough!

We stayed in a clean room, that was quiet. The staff at the front desk were accomodating in giving us a room far from the elevators and ice machine. Price was very reasonable and the beds were firm and comfortable.

Very Bad

Hotel was booked full and they were unable to accommodate us in a non smoking room unless we paid for an upgrade (unacceptable) room smelled of smoke and was very hard to breath. Our cloths for the rest of our trip to PEI smelled bad and but a damper on our trip Hotel is way over priced will never return!

This is an excellent motel very conveniently located near the Moncton airport. The quality of the room for the money was excellent. The continental breakfast was nothing special, but certainly adequate. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, in typical Maritime fashion.

This one is consistent with the chain. King Room was clean. Check-in staff much more helpful and knowledgable then check-out staff. Friendly & helpful.
