Nice clean pet friendly hotel.

Travelling with a dog and found the pet friendly rooms very clean. In some hotels we have stayed at we have found the pet friendly rooms very sub standard so this was a nice change. We had a kitchenette and it was nicely supplied with everything we needed. Easy access for walking our dog. We would stay again and refer this hotel to friends.

Overall nice hotel.

Nice room, clean, well maintained. Pillows are very thick and uncomfortable so bring your own. Toilet would refil its tank about every hour which was noisy and cut into sleep. Sound travels easy here. If they had better pillows I'd be much happier. Overall stay was good (3 days). I'd stay here again.

Visiting our Grandaughter!

We were visiting our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter in Langley and she thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the Langley Inn. It was really nice to have it especially when the weather wasn't great. We had a great stay!

Squeaks

As I wrote in the questionaire, the ceiling sqeaks and groans every time a person above moved around their room. It was very annoying and did wake me up after I had fallen asleep and also woke me up at 6 A.M. Because it is a wood constucted building, I do not know what you can really do about it. Friendly Folks in Fort Langley

I stayed one night with my elderly parents - it was good value (the included breakfast was more than adequate), and our supper in the restaurant was very satisfactory. Helpful staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, the surroundings are being built up with car dealerships, but that's not the fault of the hotel. My parents had stayed there a few years previously, and felt it remained a good value.

When we booked the room we asked the agent to verify that there was a free shuttle to the dock where our cruise left from and could we leave the car at the hotel parking lot during the cruise. 2014 holiday

We stayed here in this hotel last year 2013 during the business trip of my husband and we had a very good experience at the hotel which is why we came back for this trip and brought my in-laws. Our stay has always been pleasant and all basic amenities are available. It's worth what you pay for.

The Best Western Langley Inn was extremely pleasant to stay at. The location was close in proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the area our relatives were in. We were there for a surprise and it was nice to be so centrally located to everyone.

Perfectly serviceable property if you need to be in Langley, exactly as expected for BW. Clean rooms, super comfy bed, easy access, free breakfast with make-your-own waffles. Could use some better fruit at breakfast--whole oranges are not for everyone.

Our stay was only 1 night...the only thing I would prefer is a bigger bathroom as I found the toilet and bathtub in quite a small space..prefer more room and possibly the sink and all inside the bathroom;;;;;;but not all that important. Best Western the Best place to stay.

We have stayed in a number of Best Westerns, most were top of the line. I would rate this particular motel as a 3 star. It did not have the high end furniture or bedding that most Best Westerns have. It was clean and the service was excellent. Hotel location was easy to find.

Best Western Hotel - Langley BC Canada - Nice

Hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable, certainly well priced also. Only complaint was non-availability of a water kettle in the room. Coffee makers make the water heated in it taste like coffee, making them poor water kettles for tea. They need to provide a water kettle for 1-2 cup size.

Stay away from the double doors

The hotel was clean and comfortable but our room on the first floor was near the vending machines and pool. The double doors leading to those amenities could be heard slamming into the wee hours and woke us up repeatedly. Thus, a restful nights sleep was not had.

Front desk smelled of smoke, the room had hair in the bath tub drain

Not a good impression here. The room itself was ok, but it was dirty. The location is good for driving through, but not walking friendly at all if you want to pick up something after a long drive. The elderly gentleman at the front desk wreaked of smoke and was not pleasant at all. I wouldn't stay here again.

We visit friends in the Surrey area near the Inn, and always stay at the Best Western. It has the friendliest staff, is always well maintained and meticulously cleaned. We particularly appreciate the service of the counter staff who make a pleasant visit a real happy experience

Good stay

I stayed a few week days and through the weekend for work, overall the hotel was good, breakfast was plentiful, location was good, the only thing I would have is cleaning staff need new vacuums, and a couple of times a clump of hair was in the washroom upon my return after the room was cleaned, other than that, bed was nice, TV was big flat screen.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area because it is quiet. The rooms are great, the beds very comfortable, everything is clean and well cared for. The staff are always very good as well. There is a very good breakfast provided or you can go to the ABC Restaurant right next door.

I loved my stay at the Best Western in Langley BC. I had been staying at another hotel and was not happy there so I changed hotels and was very pleased with the change. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. Always available and helpful.

bad employee relations

As a new maintenance employee, they hired me for 1 month, then broke my contract. They had to give 3 weeks notice. No notice. No returned calls to me.
