Best hotel in Fergus
September 04, 2014New facility, excellent beds and pillows, had a great sleep! The manager Ramandeep provided outstanding service and even cooked fresh muffins for the breakfast buffet.

It was an ok hotel.
August 24, 2014The hotel was clean. The people (2) we met at the desk were friendly. The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very noisy and kept going on and off. I was awake literally every hour by the noise. There was no "lobby" where you could just sit and wait, or relax and "people watch"

August 21, 2014Easy to find the hotel lot to do around the area and the owner were very helpful during our stay. We will recommended this hotel to our friends and family member. This is the newest hotel in town and this is unique hotel not the one you see every where .

A pleasant surprise
August 21, 2014We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment to visit the Fergus/Elora area and were amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the modern and chic room. Clean Hotel and Friendly Service

Very Clean
August 21, 2014Very clean, but room was a bit dark. Front desk and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic self serve breakfast. Love the bottled soaps / shampoo. Elevator is loud, so ask for a room away from it. Strange entrance shared with gas station.

Very nice new hotel.
August 04, 2014Very nice new hotel with very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and attentive to guests. Great location with Walmart, Tim Hortons, etc just across the street. Fergus and Elora are such quaint towns with lots of great shops, and places to eat. The quarry and gorge in Elora were great stops for a walk or swim.

Brand new hotel
June 29, 2014Clean room, but small. View obstructed by the roof of the parking structure, although the surroundings weren't much to look at, anyway. Could use more sound-proofing, especially since our room was close to the elevator, there was a lot of noise in the corridor.

June 16, 2014My sister and I stayed one night here. We really enjoyed our stay, the beds were amazing. So comfortable. Our breakfast was fantastic. Waffles, yoghurt, fruit, tea for her and bagels, cream cheese,fruit and coffee for me. All was excellent. My sister enjoyed the bath. Thanks for making us so very comfortable.

June 01, 2014We had a great stay at this location in May 2014. It is modern, new and spotless. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed. Excellent staff! Very helpful and courteous. We have already booked our second visit. Fergus is located on the Grand River and has many historic stone homes. A must see.

Not much else to say, my girlfriend and I stayed here a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised at how large and clean the basic rooms were. Will be staying again tomorrow night.
The staff is incredibly accommodating, if you need anything, you will get it (within reason, obviously).

Brand new hotel
March 13, 2014Only stayed at the hotel one night while I visited friends in Fergus. Hotel is brand new so everything is immaculate. So new, in fact, that the chemical smell that comes from all the glue/paint/sealant used in construction was very noticeable. Not a big deal to me but if my wife had been with me she would have had to move to a different hotel it was pretty powerful. I am sure it will go away... more
