December 07, 2014nice place, reasonable breakfast buffet, very quiet it was fine except I forgot my phone charger. They require a box for shipping sent to them. I would think a place of this caliber would have a method to return forgotten items.. I would expect a reasonable charge but it's a real pain to ship them a box.

September 15, 2014I just slept there one night and left. I was only there to see my brother who was at Hospice Facility because he has stage four lung cancer and it was nearby. I really was not that interested in the type of hotel I stayed at, but was there to be with my brother before he died.

All but breakfast
August 16, 2014The hotel met all aspects of my expectations with the exception of the meat served at breakfast. I stayed 2 nights and both mornings were a disappointment as the prepared sausages or bacon were dried beyond palatability. The rest of the hotel amenities fully met my expectations for a Best Western - my hotel chain of choice.

Great hotel Gateway to Niagara

July 31, 2014Very nice experience. We will stay there again! Hotel is very well furnished and the rooms are very nice. Very nice to have a fridge and microwave. The hotel was very close to the family we were visiting. The workout room and pool were very convenient. Breakfast was nice to have every morning as was the coffee in the room.

Just returned from a couple nights. Overall the hotel is not bad; pool is nice, gym is basic, food is warm, and beds are average. The rooms come with free internet, microwave, mini-fridge, and the TV has good quality picture.

February 22, 2014This hotel was clean and comfortable. We could NOT hear the busy highway noise from the QE II or in the halls. (there were hockey and karate families there that night) so was anticipating some noise but there was no disturbance to our sleep.The breakfast was the normal and fine. October 18, 2013We have stayed here two times and they are very helpful with directions and places to go. The bed is always comfortable and the rooms are clean. The rate for the room was very reasonable - I booked it on the Internet though through Best Western and saved quite a bit over the AAA rate they gave me.

A+ Stay Well done Best Western

We were there just one night for a wedding nearby. When we checked in our room was not ready - - so we were upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite at no extra charge! The staff were super courteous and professional.

Very quiet for sleeping, close to everything we needed

While the hotel is very close to a busy highway, I requested and was provided with a room that was very, very quiet. This is very important to a light sleeper like myself. Very impressed.
Additionally being very close to a busy highway was helpful in our drive home, especially with the guidance from the front desk person.

I stay at BestWesterns primarily and this is one of the better ones. From the walk through the front foyer which is welcoming and inviting while your welcomed by the front desk staff.
