Tried to get a quote for home insurance using there on line service. It was very difficult to use and could not get the template to work. Spoke to the customer service department and was able to get a quote. Unfortunately it was twice as expensive as my current policy for the same coverage and I am a BCAA member. I seriously recommend that you shop around and I would not recommend BCAA for home... more

I have had a membership for 10 years and have at least needed them once every year for various situations and they have always pulled through. If you're a member the rates are very reasonable and the service has always been friendly, especially in a stressful situation. I came into this branch when I lived in Coquitlam to pay my membership in person (before I owned a CC).

BCAA is fantastic for auto road side assistance but they are new at the home owners game and it shows. I have been a home insurance customer of BCAA for almost a year simply because when I signed on the dotted line I paid for a whole year for convenience sake. The staff at this location is fantastic. Sometimes it can take awhile if there are a lot of people, but it is worth it. They are patient, helpful, well informed, and committed to getting you the best deal on your insurance. We have car and home insurance with them as well as a BCAA membership, of course. We even continue to go to this branch after moving from New Westminster to Surrey.

We've had BCAA insurance coverage for the house for ages and I've always thought their prices are pretty competitive. I also lock keys in cars all too often, plus I love road tripping, so we finally decided that getting their auto club membership would not be a bad idea, either.
