The Wonton soup was fresh and tasty, the main Prawn hot dish was perfectly spiced and delicious with the subtle coconut rice. The owner is an expert in managing to serve, cook and provide friendly service. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
I love vietmenense food, and this place is no exception. Only thing is they don't put out the delicious sauces, Chili sauce or ho sin, the viet table sauces make the meal for sure. Good vermicelli, spring rolls and great iced coffee with condensed milk
I went by myself after work and had the halibut summer rolls and a beef hot plate on vermicelli with a hot chocolate to drink. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, the wait staff excellent, and the food and drink both well-presented and tasty. The price is reasonable for a higher class meal, and I came out full and pleased.... more
Good value for the $. Wanted a hot fresh meal and this place filled the bill. Would recommend.
Atmosphere is pretty good, minus the TV in the background. The food I have ordered has always been tasty, and the prices are decent. Friendly waitress.
Definitely would visit again
This is a real gem. I am always surprised that it's nearly empty when I go there because the food is great and the chef knows about food and how to substitute ingredients for vegetarians. Can be a bit expensive, but the experience is worth it.
The food is average.
We ordered take out and we were not satisfied with the portions.
I was totally impressed by this quaint little restaurant, that was warm and inviting, with soft decor and warm lighting.
I eat at Bamboo Shoot several times a month since I live here. I like the Asian cuisine and Ann is always willing to adapt any item to suit the individual. She is also able to deal with large groups.
Serving sizes okay, food not that tasty. Service was awful.
