Customer service was good but the inside of the vehicle was disgusting! Found wrapped Tim Hortons food in the compartment in the back, sticky cup holders, garbage at the front side doors. It obviously wasn't cleaned!
I booked a rental through the Costco Travel website and was able to get a good deal for $117 (Thursday - Sunday). I've only ever rented from Enterprise before but their rates were too high for that weekend.

A reservation means they don't have a car you reserved and you have to wait an hour plus for a car you never wanted.

Rented a compact car at 12:30 on Saturday, returned it at 2 pm on Sunday and was charged 300 dollars plus. That charge included an extra day and a late fee. Over 40% of the rental time the car was spent in the garage, but still the exorbitant charge!
This location is poorly staffed and unable to have vehicles ready for pickup far after the reservation time. Arrived later than my desired pickup time and am stuck waiting 30 minutes.
This location needs to get their acts together and not make excuses for poor service and an inability to meet their commitments. Never renting from here again.
Reserved a car 2 days ahead of time, and it wasn't ready until 2 hours after my reservation time. Then after only renting the car for about 6 hours they tried to make me pay for 1300km!!!! That's not even possible!!! Worst car rental experience in all of my travels. Avoid at all costs! I will never use Avis again.
Clearly, the staff at this location missed the customer service training sessions. Each time we dealt with the staff at this location (pick up & drop off) the staff could have cared less. Pretty disappointed with my experience here. First of they didn't have the car I reserved so I upgraded for an extra $20 a day. Then I was told when I rented the car that if I returned it empty they would only charge me $1/L for gas. Instead when I returned it the charged me $3.20/L. Overall the quoted price of $80 turned into $269. I won't rent a car there again!
