I paid an obscene amount of money for a complete detailing. They barely did ANYTHING. Even after I complained, they went back only to do a very poor job.

Why bother being in business when you don't care at all about the quality of your service?

I have been to this place numerous times over the past ten years and it's only gone downhill the past few years. For the price I expect a decent wash and dry.... what you get is dirty wet rags smearing more dirt and streaks onto your windows (inside and out), half-a@s job of wiping down the inside... more

Run the other way, not only do they do a crummy job, they won't honor prepaid coupons after Dec 31st. As we spend 6 months in the US, I ,m out $120, they can't wash cars properly and have no idea of honesty or service, great location, other than that, FUBAR

very poor value...very poor service...i've been probably a dozen or so times over the years mainly due to proximity to my house..but i won't go again...zero attention to detail...for $35 i'd like my interior actually wiped down and the entire car dried properly... it's a $10 car wash at best NOT $35

I can not stress enough how poor a job these guys did..I paid $33 for the worst car wash of my life. There were huge spots on the inside of my car that were still dirty; vacuuming was extremely poor - tons of crumbs left everywhere (I have 2 kids)..dusty places and coffee stains left in the console and doors. Been there two or three times and it's way overpriced for what you get. The reviewer who used the words "h@!%!**#~d" was right on the money. They rush the job so much you're better off going to a drive-thru. I purchased the interior/exterior car wash package. They did a half-a@s job of the vacuum and dusting and left dirt in easily accessible places, not just the nooks and crannies. The wash didn't get all the dirt off my car and then they hand dried it which would have been a nice touch but since the car was still dirty they were just grinding the dirt into the finish.
