lack of coordination/communication between sales associates resulting in offensive behaviour against customer - and i mean offensive in front of many other people...left all that i was intending to buy from that location and not planning on going back.

I like Aritzia clothes but seldom buy there. They don't have mirrors in fitting rooms. This plus poor return policy (no returns for any sale items) make it impossible to try on their clothes in a comfortable setting.

I usually come here when I need to stock up on leggings and when they have their sales. I buy their TNA leggings because they do not pill and they are very soft. I wasn't a frequent Aritzia shopper to begin with, but in the handful of times I have been, the service is so horrendous, that it can't possibly be a fluke.

Well, I've been to lots of Ardene locations but this one is my least favorite. Still cheap, but not as cheap as locations further north and I found the store to be small and cramped. They still have some really neat stuff and the staff was friendly , but it's the first time I've walked out of an Ardene's empty handed. Sorry, this location just isn't for me.

This morning I just happened to pass by Aritzia. It  is always being one of my favorite brands, only the outfits style, but the color of the clothes. Every time, does not matter what kind of clothes I bought, they were always impressed my co-workers. Never disappointed to me.I love this brand!
