Finished a great deep tissue massage today from Josee. She tackled my problem areas without excruciating pain like some masseuses tend to overdo. We chatted about the sore areas and she asked if the pressure was good. This visit was a pleasant experience this time around. I will make a return visit and book her.

Good service from the esteticians

I am going on a regular basis to this spa, the staff at the front desk is very upleaseant, booking an appointment it takes forever and often they call back to correct the mistakes, very unprofessional and not friendly at all... too bad, as the esteticians & massages are pretty good.

My favourite spa in the West

I have been here many times, and have received different types of treatments. Whenever i get a facial, their make up artists are glad to help you with mineral makeup products so you never leave without looking your best. Massages, manicures and pedicures have never disappointed!

Pricey and cold atmosphere

I have been going to L Giroux for yrs, since the old location, the reception has never been great, thankfully the treatments and new facillities make up for the front desk.

Services themselves were terrific. Massage and Manicure were very good quality. Big disappointment was that reception had no clue what to do with the "way spa" certificate. Receptionist says to her collegue in front of me "is this good? I don't understand how its possible to pay $80 for a $100 certificate" Very unprofessional. I was treated like I was cheating.

The setting at Aqua Spa was truly beautiful and the treatments were exceptional. The service at the reception was well below standard in comparison to any other spa I have been to. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. Sebastian is very dedicated. Will see him again. When I arrived however, I found it too crowded at the reception. Staff were hanging around. Recepition seemed a bit confused. I was called at home on two separate occasions to confirm my appointment but with two different times. Sara did my mani & pedi and she did an amazing job. Very friendly and thorough. My nails have never ever looked better. Amelie gave me the facial and she was good. I left feeling relaxed and radiant.

I recommend this place for waxing - with Nadine especially - she's sweet and her hands are quick with the waxing so the pain is minimal.

I don't recommend this place really for manis/pedis - they're pricey and not that good. Massages and exfoliation were also so so.
