Alliance was tasked with refinishing a 90 year old oak floor to match flooring that was ore recently installed in the house. They did an excellent job matching the stain. The floor looks like new. Alliance had a large selection of flooring to choose from with a wide range of prices.The way they laid the flooring (lengthwise) makes the area look bigger. The installers left the area clean when their work was completed. Quarter round in two curved areas was not initially installed to our satisfaction. However, this was rectified.

Alliance installed my flooring in a very satisfactory and efficient fashion. The condo was sold soon after, but before the new owner took possession it became apparent that there was a manufacturing defect in the new flooring and it would have to be replaced under warranty.
