Very happy so far.
My representative was Shankal Bhatia. From when I walked in, to when I picked up my used Sportage, they took excellent care of me. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, and it was an excellent experience. They took the time to walk through all the features of my vehicle and explain the use. Very happy so far.

I was absolutely and completely blown away by the exceptional service i received from this service department. Brought my 2013 Kia Rio in to have checked out because of an Engine issue. The service manager was prompt and courteous. I had to leave the car, since I came in without an appointment, and was provided a free shuttle back to my work. They held the car maybe 5 hours and they even picked me up from work. I was very pleased with their professionalism and hold them in the highest esteem. Atmosphere is everything in service departments these days. I have to say, the atmosphere in this service department is wonderful! The service advisors are friendly and professional, and seem to have great chemistry. I will NEVER bring my vehicle any where else! Thank you guys!

I came in for a scheduled service, which was meant to be an oil-change. However, the mechanic found problems with my brakes and the air filters. Before proceeding on it, they showed me the filters and the worn rotors.Very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Airport Kia. The staff treats its customers with respect.

I am very proud to say that the salesperson, Amin Rezaei, is very sophisticated, kind, responsible, and simply honest. I had a very great experience with him, and I recommend everyone to have an encounter with him. Honestly, he will work with you patiently and understandingly.

I went to this dealership directly simply because of it's proximity to my workplace and things worked out perfectly. Upon arriving I met Jonathon Yuvall (one of the salesman) outside and we instantly started chatting. Told him I was in the market for a Forte and we began discussing options. He was direct, transparent and very friendly. Very glad I had him as my salesman. Long story short, I walked out having purchased a 2019 Forte and was extremely happy with my purchase. Jonathon also followed up with me after a few days to see if I was content with the car. Which I was. Overall, great service and would recommend Jonathon and Airport Kia anytime!

Chris took care of the situation. He replaced the damage at no cost to me. I think I was quoted that it would take 3 hours and I was anticipating the charge. The shuttle dropped me off at work and picked me up within 2 hours. They completed an oil change and replaced the part in less than 2 hours.

Parrish Clarke was a great person to deal with.
I have been to many dealerships in the area in the past several months looking for the right car at the right price. The majority of dealerships in this area tried to stereotypically take advantage of me because I am a woman. When I would ask about engines, statistics, mpg... they would respond with answers like, "It has vanity mirrors" and "what color do you want?"
EXCEPT when dealing with Airport Kia. They talked to me like I was an educated adult. They were honest and forthright about the cost differentials in what I was looking for as well as what I could realistically afford. The primary reason I purchased from Airport Kia was because I was treated so well. The fact that the Kia Sorrento is a great car is a close second. Parrish Clarke was a great person to deal with.

The Sales associate was great
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership over the phone. The Sales associate was great, friendly and looked after licensing and all matters...reducing time from our 4 hour drive down to pick-up the vehicle. Once back home we realized the inner floor mats were not with the vehicle. Called the Sales Rep...he located the mats...and shipped them out Priority Courier to our doorstep. I have purchased from other dealerships in the past...and appreciate good service and great staff...I would consider this dealership to others for both NEW & USED.
