We only stayed one night, and we had booked a room with 3 beds. Upon arrival, our room was taken by someone else. HOWEVER, the staff gave us two rooms instead for the same cost. Which was actually perfect considering my parents, my kids and my husband and I were planning on sharing a room.

Quiet small motel, outside of main area of busy downtown streets. Motel easy reach by We-Go transportation of Niagara Falls town. Very clean and beds are very comfy. Good Location, Good Rooms but Rude Management

I liked the rooms, they were clean and wide. The location was good too. It was close to falls and the main road has all famous grocery and convenience stores. They have a good area for BBQ, however, the management was little unhelpful. They were rude and unfriendly.

perfect for a getaway

Arrived late (after office closed) I called ahead and they were very generous to stay up and wait for me. very polite, knowledgeable about the area, Quiet area with lots of other hotel/motels around. unfortunately we came to early in the season and the pool was not yet set up, but they had a play area for kids and bbqs. Motel close to where I wanted to be

Only needed a motel with two beds, a shower, non-smoking room, and close to our bowling tournament site.Found we couldn't control the heat of the shower but it worked. TV worked OK. No alarm clock. I would not recommend staying at the advantage inn. The staff are rude and provided very unsatisfactory sleeping conditions. Our room was infested with ants and the fridge did not work. We were only granted 15$ off of a price which was not worth at all in the beginning.

It was the worst nightmare in my life. Hotel owner kept asking more money to get into the rooms we reserved, and even threatened to not to allow anybody to get into the rooms, because we have children who are not in the reservation information. Outstanding experience, truly a pleasure to indulge in

The Advantage Inn, owned and family operated, is an outstanding value and place to relax. The pool is meticulousy maintained by Bill, the gardening of Hansa is impeccable, and the humour provided by Jay. I highly recommend this motel, as is is over the busy side street, Montrose.......which leads to Walmart but close to the Falls and Casino.

Advantage Inn review, Very clean motel room, staff was excellent and great customer service. The motel is about 6 minutes away from the horseshoe falls. They have lots of things to do right on site. Swimming pool, park playground, central to Niagara Falls Attractions. I would recommend this motel to families who are vacationing in Niagara Falls Canada.
