Absolutely fantastic
03 septembre 2012We are lovers of french food and this is the place to be. The owner/chef was just amazing. We had a repas surprise which was absolutely the best gastronomic meal I have had so far. We will return to this restaurant without a doubt.

Every year for the last 5 or so my wife, daughter, friends and I make the trip to this restaurant during our week long holiday in Quebec's Laurentians.

Fabulous fois gras
29 août 2011I specifically went here to have their Fois gras. The chef makes his own and it was as good as I have ever had. The presentation included one nice 1 inch thick disc of traditonal Fois gras torchon (means towel in French, because they traditionally rolled the prepared fois gras in a kitchen towel to squeeze moisture fro it, and... plus
