Went there with high expectations, but I'm kinda disappointed :(
I tried the imadake chashu ramen and the beef tongue with rice on the lunch menu. The ramen broth was really dense and thick, I enjoyed the first few spoons, but then combined with the chashu porc, it started to taste really greasy...

I think I might be one of the rare people that do not like Imadake - I think there are so many more better choices for Izakayas nowadays in Montreal (Kinka, Kazu).
They serve a large selection of Japanese Tapas but expect to pay a lot for an average quality. Their ramen are way too salty and thick (I couldn't finish them). The only thing that kept bringing me back to Imadake was their rainbow...

Very disappointing. Came here to meet a friend for a quick lunch. Each of us had the grilled oyster mushrooms ramen with miso broth and the white fish carpaccio to share. The fish didn't look and taste fresh, like it was cut way before we ordered it. The ramen broth was so thick that it tasted more like a sauce than a soup. The mushrooms were cold and the noodles over cooked.
