Romantic and great service. All comments above, yes-- loved the ambiance and the owner's friendly and caring presence. Mussels in broth were good; nice salad and good pasta... not exceptional, but the ambiance made up for it. Skip the tiramisu (dry, not fresh), but definitely try the creme brulee. ( not Italian, but hey, it's Quebec City).

The food and staff were great. Wanted to give it 4 stars. The downside was that the owner was very unprofessional and did not give me more than 20 seconds to order my dinner because we showed up at 8:40 and the kitchen closes at 9pm and allegedly he is scared of the chef. We unfortunately showed up 10 minutes late due to our Uber ride. We tried to explain that to the owner Luigi but he brushed... plus
