I was surprised by the negative reviews because I had a really positive experience at ReStart. I tried to install Yosemite on my MacBook and somehow botched the installation so that my Mac could only run with an external drive plugged in and I brought it in for help. I've found the customer service here, (I assume it was the manager or owner I've delt with) to be very poor and unhelpful. They came across as very businessman like and rude, and not concerned with helpful information. I didn't feel compelled to return.
