The $100 signup fee gets you the same rental listings you can find for free on Craigslist... because that's where they copy them from. But they don't remove outdated listings or check if rentals are still available, so you still have to do all the legwork yourself. A giant waste of time, effort and $100.
If you complain about the service or their practice of reselling free & outdated content, you will be treated rudely and refused a refund.
They also spam Craigslist relentlessly with fake cheap rentals to lure you in, without mentioning their company name. Probably because their reputation is so bad now... check other reviews on the internet and you'll see what I mean. I wish I had heeded those instead of throwing $100 away on Rental Guide.

After emails to about a dozen vague ads that sounded beyond perfect, the one with my phone number attached is what won me a response.
They called me on my phone at work, gave me a lengthy talk about...

DO NOT USE!!! Their staff treats you like an idiot if you refer to bad reviews and question their practices of charging money. They have become smarter now and don't mention RentalGuide in the ad anymore.
Rental Guide offers these services: relogement, building, rental.
