This place had a certain charm when it was 783.

That is now gone, but it's replaced with something new. It's an accessible sophistication, something contemporary that doesn't seem to alienate many of its older patrons. You'll find a mixed crowd here, on many levels. That was some of the charm of 783-- rubbing elbows with folks from different walks of life, different age groups, etc.
