This branch has seen many staff turnover the past many years and it just seems to improve over the years with newer staff. Of course I have missed some of the employees, but I also welcome the new ones since they've all been friendly and very helpful especially when it comes to my financial needs.

Well.

I don't know much about $100,000 fishermen's loans in Nova Scotia.

What I do know is that this particular branch of RBC has been very easy to deal with. When I showed up with all of $2k to start an RRSP, they did not laugh in my face. Rather, they set me up with an appointment, a mini finance lesson and a session on choosing the best investment type for my tiny windfall.
