Absolutely awful!

Do not order anything from this florist! Absolutely awful customer service, and the owner is incredibly rude. My boyfriend ordered flowers for valentines and shelled out $70. The arrangement we received not only didn't match the one shown online (was missing many types of flowers, which they had replaced with more greenery rather than other flowers) and smelled like cigarette smoke! We called and the owner was rude right away. After arguing with her, she said she would have someone pick them up and replace them the following week. We later decided that it had become too much of a hassle and was a waste of money at that point and emailed to say we wanted a refund instead (this was well before they were to be delivered). They never emailed us back. When my boyfriend went into the store she was even more rude and condescending and refused to refund him. She told him to speak to FTD which was a complete waste of time. Eventually his BANK refunded him because they felt bad for him! When I later called to speak to her about her unprofessional and inappropriate way of interacting with customers, she cut me off and said she was too busy. NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM RAYS. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE.
