Fun in Toronto and enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel with extra towels, pillows and blankets. Staff was very helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool! Housekeeping was very polite and accommodating. Thank you for a nice stay.

While the staff were polite and helpful in both the restaurant and on the front desk only 1 staff member really appeared to be happy in their job and was outgoing and really good with their directions or information giving. Shame the others never looked happy to be their.

Bad Cigarette Smell

The "non smoking" room smelled like stale old cigarettes. I was told the hotel was sold out so nothing could be done to switch rooms. Very dissatisfied.
